Another part of your membership also includes an annual water heater flush but due to the age of water heater at home we do not recommend due to high risk of causing leak. The water heater has a build date of 2011 making it a 13 year old unit that is original to the homes build date. While inspecting water heater noticed the flue was completely dismounted and not venting any exhaust from water heater safely out the house. Was able to move it and get it back to being properly installed. All faucets in house are the same delta model with the kitchen sink having an upgraded delta model, all are functioning properly at this time. Technician found the return ducts are way to small to be running a 5 ton system as well as the Supply side can have a new design to help reduce the overall static pressure. The Total static pressure reading is 1.04 which manufacturers need the total static at .50. Technician is going to get with the service manager to come up with estimates to fix the issues.
