Technicians arrived to perform A factory heat pump heating start up technicians checked refrigerant levels amps And overall health system technicians did have to make some adjustments in the settings to get the heat strips to come on at this time
Re work hot and cold water supply and drain for a double sink vanity in master bathroom. Also laundry drain needs P trap and new washer box to install at correct height per code. 9-6-24 Re plumbed master lav sinks and washer box everything is working properly at this time with no leaks
Both sides of kitchen sink clogged up when I arrived. We ran a drain cleaner machine from under kitchen sink and ran it to clean out in backyard to make sure everything under house was clear. Ran water for several minutes and verified it was coming out of clean out indicating clear line. Everything is draining properly at this time.
Today we replumbed the master and other bathroom shower valves. We cut out all the shark bite fittings and pex and installed with proper type a pex and the corresponding fittings. We had to pull both shower valves as the spare bathroom valve was upside down and the master needed to have a plug soldered into the diverter. Tested for proper function and leaks and no leaks were found at this time. Water is back on to the house.

Arrived and drained existing 50 gal gas water heater. Pulled from closet and reworked water lines. Installed new ball valve, hammer arrestors, supply lines, and expansion tank. Set new heater and hooked up water. Turned on and bled air from lines inside home. Hooked up gas with sediment trap and new supply line. Lit water heater and informed customer they should have hot water in roughly 45-60 minutes.
Performed maintenance plumbing inspection, water heater was replaced last year and brought up to code and in good condition, lavatory sink, in hallway closest to primary room, faucet has a constant drip. Advised customer price to rebuild faucet with it being in branded would most likely exceed cost a new faucet. Tested both supply shut offs both are working properly at this time. Customer stated no other issues with plumbing at this time.
For this job, Technicians installed a 17.2 SEER2 Variable Speed AC and Two Stage 96% Efficient Furnace with variable speed fan and ran all new ducting, high and low voltage wire, copper line set with insulation and surge protectors for a new construction home, technicians charged outside unit to manufacture specifications and ran system for an hour to verify system is running properly and effectively. Everything works great at this time!
Maintenance call on a 2018 Goodman air conditioner. The system is in great shape and running as it should after a much needed cleaning of the condenser coil. The condensing fan motor is starting to leak oil out of the bearings but the amp draw is still good here today. The system is running and cooling as it should.
Arrived and found condensate drain under unit in hallway. Qouted to run machine and clear line to eliminate any back up issues and customer accepted. Ran machine then poured water down drain to confirm line is open. Also qouted customer to replace 2 40 gal electric water heaters.
For this job, Technician found the system has a backed up floor drain and the plumber will be it this next week t clean it out. System is working at this time.
Service call for a unit blowing hot air. Technician arrived to find the outdoor fan running but not the compressor. The capacitor had failed not allowing the compressor to turn on and drawing over the rated LRA on the data plate. Replaced the capa here today and got the system back up and going. Will replace the contactor during our maintenance call scheduled on July 11th.
Service call for a unit that continues to trip the breaker. Technician found the hard start had failed causing a high amp draw on start up. Replaced the hard start and got the system working as it should and the amp draw down. Checked the refrigerant levels here today and the system is a little bit low on r22 so we will keep an eye on it moving forward.
The technicians installed a new mini split system. we made sure everything was level and up to code. As well as we made sure that the unit was operating properly and draining correctly.

The system is working as it should but the evaporator coil is very dirty and the low pressure is a little low. Customer is going to clean the coil himself and see how the unit runs from here on.
Service call for a unit not coming on. Technician arrived to find the safety switch on the evaporator coil full of water. Removed the water and made the proper adjustments for the drain to drain correctly. System is back up and going again.
Went out to assist a customer whose air conditioner was not cooling their home. After inspecting the system, found that the air filter was dirty which was causing the issue. I changed the air filter and tested the air conditioner, and it was working properly again.
