Service call for a unit not coming on. Technician arrived to the outdoor unit in a lockout due to three low pressure faults. Reset the unit and everything is running as it should with great refrigerant levels. The wet switch is dry and the coil is int frozen.

The technicians got called due to an air conditioner not working. We arrived to find the thermostat set to off, we turned it to cool and it fired right up. We also needed to check the refrigerant charge again so we did and found it was a tad low on refrigerant, we topped it off and everything is good to go.

Service call to install a thermostat. Once the thermostat was installed the low pressure switch was open and not allowing the unit to come on. The gauges read 0 psi with a total loss of refrigerant.

Arrived and found tub draining slowly. Was able to hit it a few times with plunger and it’s now draining properly. Customer needs to replace cover plate to avoid any moisture and mold in the walls. Technician arrived Found that there were water spots under one of the units as well as there is water spots on the other side of the store. Technician determined that the water spots across the store not an HVAC unit. The HVAC unit is about 6 foot away. The technician found an old deteriorating roof, and found a gas line that is coming up through the roof with tar that is falling apart technician found the other unit carrier Had a drain line that was not trapped correctly. Technician fixed the trap and the unit is flowing water as it should. No other issues were found

Technician arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club maintenance on two systems. The main office system is brand new technician checked all capacitors contactors refrigerant levels averages and clean the coil. The back office unit is from 1982. Technician found that the service ports were stripped out and could not be attached to, the unit is not cooling properly. It is in rough shape. She will let the landlord know and go from there.

Annual maintenance on a 2022 Goodman two stage air conditioner. The system is in great shape and running as it should here today after some routine cleaning. The system has multiple ecm motors and control boards so surge protection is important but the customer wanted to wait on that. The blue tube uv light is past it’s one year life span and suggested to be replaced for optimal performance but the customer wants to wait until the bulb burns out completely. The system is running great here today.

We arrived and shut off water to the home. We reworked water lines installing new ball valve, hammer arrestors, expansion tank, and new supply lines. Turned water back on and checked for leaks. Bled all air out of lines in home.

Arrived and customer showed us upstairs condensate drain not draining. Qouted to clear with tub gun and customer accepted. Ran machine and was able to clear line. Ran good amount of water through line to confirm open and flowing. We appreciate you choosing innovative Air Pros for your business.

The technicians installed a new furnace and condenser. We made sure everything was level and up to code in our area. We made sure that everything was sealed with mastic, we checked the refrigerant charge, blew the drain line out, flushed the refrigerant lines and pulled a vacuum to manufacture specs. Everything is working how it should and is ready to go.

14.3 SEER2 AC with Single Stage Furnace

Arrived and completed a thorough evaluation of all plumbing inside the home. Checked all faucets for proper flow and no leaks. Checked all drains for proper draining and no leaks. Inspected all toilets for proper flush with no issues or leaks around base or tank. Inspected water heater for any signs of rust or leaks. Flushed heater and found no signs of sediment sat this time.

Technicians arrived to find the upstairs plumbing drain backed up technicians. Also performed a full system. Evaluation on both up and downstairs systems. Found that they were from 1998. We found both systems low on refrigerant. The homeowner will talk to his wife when she gets off work and will reach out to them later on tonight to see if they have any questions.

Follow up to do some repairs quoted from a previous maintenance. Added 1lb 4oz to the upstairs system, 1lb 4oz to the main system, and 1lb 8oz to the master bedroom system. Also changed a capacitor on the main systems condenser that was below the manufacture specifications. The new capacitor has a 5 year warranty. All three systems are running more efficiently now with correct refrigerant levels providing more effective cooling.

System needs to be between 15 and 20 the upstairs system had a 21° temperature differential system as well within ranges both systems are operating and cooling properly here today. No other issues were found.

Innovative Air Pros is proposing to take existing upstairs ducting to 1 system. IAP technicians will remove up stairs ducting from west system and transfer to east system. Additionally, IAP will increase the size of supply going to upstairs ducting to a 10 inch and install 2 air dampers in supply for upstairs and main supply for downstairs.

The technicians installed a warranty condenser. We made sure it was level, we used nitrogen while brazing to keep the inside of the copper clean, changed out the old filter drier for a new one, pulled a vacuum down to the manufacturer recommendations and adjusted the refrigerant charge. Everything is working how it should at this time however I would like for me or another tech to come out and check the refrigerant charge again once the indoor area cools down, our superheat was really low so it would be beneficial to ensure after running for a while that it is properly charged.
