For this job, Technicians performed an A/C maintenance tune up on a 23 year old Standard unit. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technician found the Contactor switch is looking pretty rough, The Compressor is pulling high amps on start up not over but high, The blower motor bearings are super loose, Blower motor capacitor is weak, The blower motor itself is leaking it’s oil, The condenser fan motor is overamping, System is currently low on refrigerant. Technician made several options for repairs. Customer would like to wait for the thing to die. Customer will think about the repairs vs Replace.

For this job, Technician installed a damper in the rectangle duct going to the back bedroom area. System works great at this time. Customer loves our new system.

Technician arrived on site performed AC tuneup on single furnace found system to be running operational. However, the compressor is pulling a little high recommended a hard start assist with surge protection, and a UV light for indoor air quality. Homeowner did not want to move forward with anything at this time.

Found the unit throwing a grounding fault reground the units burner ground and the system is operating as it should at this time. Customer declined any maintenance on the system as of right now.

The technicians installed some new duct work as well as repaired some existing duct work. We made sure all the ducts were properly ran, assured they were attached well, and made sure everything was strapped up properly. We also adjusted the louvres on an attic fan that was not properly closing when turned off, after adjusting them it is working how it should.

Installed a whole home apco-x air purifier and sanitized the duct system after getting the ducts cleaned. Preformed start up and insured proper operation.

For this job, Technicians installed two new indoor coils for the twinned systems for the main floor. Technicians recharged up both systems. Systems running great at this time.

Annual air conditioning maintenance on four systems. The systems are in great shape and running as designed after some routine cleaning. Hooked up a relay on the basement system to get the humidifier operational again.

Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on a 2000 Trane system (24years old). After washing all the dirt off the condenser coil found the unit low on refrigerant (r22) the units compressor is also over amping and the condenser fan motor is over amping as well. Found the capacitor out of specifications and reading low as well as the contactor switch burning up. With the unit being on the old refrigerant that is no longer being manufactured recommend updating the season to better the comfort in the home.

Service call to replace a leaking Lennox coil under warranty.

Technician arrived on site performed AC tuneup on 2004 R 22 system Found compressor to be over amping along with a bad capacitor and the bearings in a blower motor are going out recommended a hard start kit, a new capacitor and a blower motor. Customer was at work talk to him over the phone says to follow up with him Monday afternoon at 5:30 via phone call.

For this job, Technician came back out to install all the repairs as well as change all the filters. Technician also performed a leak search on the two systems for the main floor due to being low on refrigerant during our A/C maintenance. Technician found both indoor coils for the main floor are leaking refrigerant has been since last year cause during the A/C maintenance last year they were starting to get low. No the systems are even lower on refrigerant. The two indoor coils need to be replaced to prevent the system from struggling in the summer time.

Found the valve leaking from the shutoff ball. Replaced the gas shut off with a new one and insured no leaks.

Fixed the line set leak and charged the system up.

Preformed a two system maintenance on two 2020 units. Systems looked great at this time.

For this job, Technicians arrive to perform an indoor air quality test. Technicians texted several rooms and the air quality machine doesn’t seem calibrated. Technicians are gonna recalibrate the machine. Customer is getting headaches after having the spray foam insulation installed. Customer wants us to come up with an estimate for resealing all the duct work and installed an attic vent for proper operation.

For this job, Technicians installed a new warranty compressor. After installation the technician ensure proper operation and the system runs great at this time.

Service call for a second opinion on a refrigerant leak. Technician found the Lennox evaporator coil leaking and will check during business hours on any possible warranty and follow up.

Service call for a leak search. Technician found no current leak in the system. Refilled the refrigerant and will monitor it moving forward. Found lots on mold on one of the evaporator coils so a duct sanitation was performed here today and cleaned the mold off of the coil in the master bedroom.

Technician arrived on site. Performed an AC tuneup on four systems. Found three compressors failing, three condenser fan motors, failing, and three contactors failing. System is 22 refrigerant recommended replacement homeowners are moving forward to talk with Tim

Reconnected the 90 to the boot and re insulated the boot.
