For this job, Technician performed a furnace maintenance tune up on a 2 year old Amana system. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the Furnace season. Everything works great at this time.
For this job, Customer wanted to have a comment come out to give a diagnosis for the future homeowner. Technician arrived to find the outdoor fan motor not spinning but the compressor motor comes on. Technician found the system has a bad capacitor as well as the Contactor switch is in rough shape. Customer just wants to pay the 125.00 diagnostic charge.
Annual maintenance on two Goodman systems. The 2006 unit is low on r22 refrigerant and performing poorly with a 11 degree temperature differential. The newer system is running as it should here today. Technician found the p trap in the attic backed up where the condensation drains from the air conditioner. The customer said he would get up there with a snake and clean it out.
Customer declined home plumbing inspection. Customer stated whole house is newly remodeled and all fixtures are new. Recommend flushing tankless water heater but customer denied.
For this job, Technician arrived to get the balloon up of the duct work. Technician could not find the balloon maybe it made its way out. If it does make it to the coil it will not hurt anything. Technician is going to schedule a day for Clint to come out with us to find out what’s going on.

Technician performed diagnostics with the field service rep Clint. He would like us to follow up with the customer midday to see how the system is cooling. After changes were made to figure out our next course of action.
For this job, Customer states the unit will not cool the house down in the afternoons. Technician arrived to the house at 82 degrees. Technician put the system in charge mode to find the refrigerant levels are in good shape. The static pressure of the system is reading .79 on return side and .45 on Supply side. After restarting and straightening up some ducts the static pressure came down. System is working good at this time.

17.2 SEER2 Variable Speed Heat Pump and High Efficiency Air Handler with Two Stage Strips
Service call for a unit coming on and not running very long and losing power. Technician found the drain backed up and setting off the safety switch. The customer will clean the drain himself. The refrigerant levels are low here today but the customer wants it to stay that way.
Technician arrived and performed a diagnosis. Found a leak in the indoor evaporator coil leaking refrigerant and oil. Presented options for solutions to the homeowner. Homeowner wants to move forward with repairs but wants to talk with his wife first about whether or not they want to do them with the membership or without it. They will call up to the office later today.
Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on a 2019 Trane system. Unit is running good at this time recommended adding a air purifier an the customer will research it.
Preformed a yearly start up on a new Amana s adjusted charge and the system is running good.
The technician performed a friends and family club maintenance on a brand new air conditioner. I checked all of the motors, changed the air filter, washed out the condenser, monitored the static pressure, temperature difference and made sure the charge was correct. Everything looks good here today.
Preformed a yearly ac Maintenance on a 2020 system. Unit is cooling good at this time.
The technician got called out to adjust some thermostat settings. I arrived and adjusted the thermostat to how the customer wanted and everything else is perfect .
17.2 SEER2 Variable Speed AC and Two Stage 80% Efficient Furnace with variable speed fan. Technicians installed new full system. Technicians installed new thermostat. Technicians also reconnected to existing supply and return plenums but added in a new media filter base. Technicians performed a furnace start uo and will be back in the Spring to perform an A/C start up. System works great at this time.
Found the pressure switch hose off of the port.
For this job, Technicians performed a furnace maintenance tune up on a 14 year old heat pump system. Technicians checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the furnace season. Technician found the indoor coil is super super dirty as well as the duct system needs a cleaning pretty bad. Other than that the system is running great at this time.
Preformed a yearly heat pump maintenance on a 2019 Trane system. Checked all gas back up heating components as well as all refrigerant components system is heating as it should as of now.
Installed a new hvac system and flipped the duct system from the crawl space to the attic.
Found the unit working correctly but the unit has been blowing directly on his digital gauge. Once the unit was adjusted the temperature on the gauge went up. Explained the system and how it works to the customer.
Single system tune up on a 3 year old Armstrong air heat pump. The system is in great shape. All the electric motors are amping correctly. Today we added some refrigerant to get the system to the correct levels.
Installed a new soft start kit on the ac condenser. The customer wanted a soft start to prevent a hard start of the compressor when the house is running under a generator.
