The technicians got called out due to a possible air leak on a new system. Upon further inspection we couldn’t find any so we asked the customer to point the ones out that he said he felt so we could fix them, the customer pointed out the rubber grommet on the suction line that had gotten a little burnt during installation as well as two spots we couldn’t feel any air but put more mastic on it to be sure. Everything is set and ready to go.

The technicians installed a new 14.3 SEER2 AC with Single Stage Furnace. We made sure everything was level and up to code in our area. We also air sealed everything with mastic, adjusted the refrigerant charge, blew the drain line out, flushed the refrigerant lines, pulled a vacuum to manufacture specifications and ensured proper operation. Everything is working great and is ready for the rest of the summer.

Service call to find a restriction inside the refrigerant circuit. Technician used a thermal camera to locate a restriction inside the condensing coil of a 2023 Daikin condenser. The manufacturer has been contacted and we are working on getting the replacement parts.

Annual maintenance on two systems. The systems are both working as they should here today. The blower motor capacitor on the upstairs system is weak. The upstairs system doesn’t have a wet switch on the secondary port of the evaporator coil. The customer mentioned allergy issues so some estimates will be built to address the indoor air quality.

The technicians got called due to a “unit not working” we arrived to find that the unit was running exactly how it should and the customer stated that the unit would make a noise every now and then and she just wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything that was broken. After further investigation we found that the pan at the bottom of the unit was rattling in the middle of the unit, we screwed it together and the rattling went away. Everything else is good to go.

Inspected all toilets for proper flush with no issues or leaks around base or tank. Inspected water heater for any signs of rust or leaks. Tankless is brand new and was not flushed. Customer stated when outside faucet at front of home is used water floods into home. Gave estimate to replace and customer declined at this time.

Technicians arrived to find the downstairs system not cooling, as well as the upstairs system not cooling efficiently upon further inspection. Technicians found that the upstairs system was low on r22 refrigerant To keep up technicians, then inspected the downstairs and found that the system was frozen after thawing of the coil technicians found that the system was in fact severely low on r22 refrigerant systems are from 2005 explained to the customer the issues she had mentioned that they do have a home warranty company But wants to move forward with getting estimates I will set up a time tomorrow morning to sit down with him and call the customer once her husband gets home tonight.

Arrived and drained existing water heater. Pulled from closet and reworked water lines. Installed new ball valve, hammer arrestors, supply lines, and expansion tank. Set tankless and hooked up water. Turned on and bled air from lines inside home. Hooked up gas with sediment trap and new supply line. Ran new venting up and out roof. Ran condensate and t&p lines to floor drain. Powered up unit and confirmed proper function.

The technicians installed two new 17.2 SEER2 Variable Speed AC and Two Stage 80% Efficient Furnace with variable speed fan for the upstairs and the downstairs heating and air systems. We also fixed the upstairs ducting by increasing return size and supply size. We made sure everything was level and up to code in our area as well as blew drains out, air sealed everything with mastic and adjusted both systems refrigerant charge. Everything is set and ready to go on the air conditioning side. There is a gas leak in some of the flexible gas line suspected to be coming from the supply to the furnace, the plumbers are supposed to come out and either repair or run a new run of the gas line.

Technicians arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club maintenance on a brand new Amana S system technicians adjusted charge from install clean coil. Check the temperature differentials amps also checked kinks and the ductwork and any other ductwork issues technicians found no issues at this time. Customer will monitor the system now that it has the proper refrigerant levels and let us know.

Technician arrived and found the attic floor drain was clogged, Shop vac the water out of the floor drain along with some clumps. Tested the floor drain with 2 gallons of water. Floor drain is now draining properly.

System is under warranty after discussing solutions with the homeowners, They have decided to move forward with repairs and or now members of our friends and family club.

Technician arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club maintenance checked all capacitors contactors refrigerant levels wash the coil change the filter and check temperature differential technician found no issues at this time. Technician went over options with the customer emailed them to her so she can review them. She will let us know if she is interested in moving forward.
Trendon came and replaced an AC unit at a rental property for me. He called me before he arrived. He was very polite, kept me up to date, and did great work in general. Tim was the initial sales person I talked to and he was very straight forward and honest with pricing. Innovate Air Pros in general always have great to work with. They respond quickly to all questions and set up appointments promptly. I even had to rescheduled on them last minute and they still fit me in within the same week. I super appreciated that! Chris’ demeanor and candor was exceptional. I inadvertently misunderstood some of the context of the conversation and within a few moments he was able to clarify and clear up my confusion. I think that his explanation of the process and his role within the process helped to alleviate any concerns I had about the proposed course of action. He clearly identified that the current system in the house was inching nearer to the end of expected service life. He proposed several cost saving options and helped guide my decision. My only criticism, which may just be specific to this instance, is that it may be very beneficial to the customer for the repair technician to clearly state that the repair technicians does not have the ability to provide whole system replacement recommendations. So it may be useful to lay out that info at the beginning. “I can only provide repair options, but if you want yo discuss whole system replacements you need to talk to Cody.” Because I didn’t have the puzzle piece above, when Chris asked me for the second timr “Are you really sure you want to do this?”, a lot of very conflicting thoughts occurred simultaneously. For example: He asked me this already, what exactly am I missing? Is he attempting to suggest that buying these products are a bad investment and I should, in fact, buy a new system entirely? If so, why didn’t he cover this option before he left and came back? Well anyway, it was a hot 30 seconds before Chris, thankfully, realized where I was confused. When he clarified that his role as a repair technician simply eliminated his ability to provide any context around buying a new system and that if I wanted to have the discussion about a new system that I would need to talk with Cody, everything seemed to fall in place and was good. So uh sorry for the novel. The tl;dr version is: Chris is a good employee and seems to care about helping folks and thankfully had the patience and grace to help me figure it out.

Dalton called and was running ahead of schedule, which was great since we were hot on a hot day!!! He quickly found the problem and gave us 3 options. He fixed the problem by performing the option we chose in a very quick and clean manner. We appreciate him being able to come out on a Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend to make sure our house was cooler than 82 degrees!!

We had Ryan, Chris and Piper here today. They installed a new AC unit. They started at 7 am and worked until they had everything completed. Our attic is a hot box! I have no idea how they worked so hard and efficiently in that heat. They finished the job and were all 3 professional, friendly, and efficient. We were also impressed with Cody, our sales rep too. He was very knowledgeable and professional. This company is local and we would highly recommend to anyone buying a system or needing AC service at your home!
