Found the unit miss wired from the install rewired the system and the air conditioner is running how it should preformed the system start up and adjusted charge.
Preformed a tune up on two systems. Found the bedroom unit low on refrigerant and the mains compressor over amping but he has two new furnace and coils in his bedroom.
Annual maintenance on two 2021 Trane air conditioners. The systems are in good shape but the refrigerant levels were a little low. Added 4 lbs of refrigerant between the two systems to get the pressures and temperatures where they should be.
Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on a 2017 Trane system. Recommend replacing the capacitor and cleaning and sanitizing the ducts. System is cooling good at this time will follow up on Monday.
For this job, technicians arrived to house for system not heating. Technicians forgot to turn gas switch to on upon install, technicians turned heat on yo make sure it fired off. Everything works great at this time!
14.3 SEER2 AC with Single Stage Furnace

Technician arrived on site, found a completely dead capacitor and a compressor pulling way too much over its LRA homeowner is moving forward with capacitor and compressor. Need to schedule work to be completed.
For this job, Customer states the Mailroom system is not keeping up won’t reach the set point on the thermostat. Technician arrived to the system running. Technician hooked up refrigerant gauges and found the system low on refrigerant. System is leaking on the refrigerant line coming from the compressor where it was rubbing against the metal framing. Customer would like to repair the hole. After repair system working great at this time.
Preformed a free ac maintenance on two systems the upstairs2018 unit is cooling good at this time. The downstairs system is low on r22. Will have Tim reach out Monday morning.
Technician arrived on site performed. AC tuneup on two systems. Found both compressors over amp Ing one already had a hard start on it. Found a bad capacitor. And found that no safety switches were in place on the drain lines presented options for solutions on these issues also noted that there may be a leak in the downstairs system. Homeowner is not interested in moving forward with anything at this time.
For this job, Technicians installed a 14.3 SEER2 AC with Single Stage Furnace. Technicians had to drop attic ladder to install and remove equipment. Technicians performed a new system start up and everything works great at this time.
For this job, Technician found a broken pvc elbow snapped in half that has been causing water to drain and pour out onto the floor and drain pan. After installing another elbow, Technician poured two things of water into the coil drain pan to ensure proper draining. System works great at this time.
Annual maintenance on a 2017 Ameristar system. The system is working as it should here today. The blower motor bearings have some play in them and the start up amp draw is higher than the allowable limit on the data plate. The excess power is prematurely wearing out the contact points on the contactor as well.
For this job, Technician performed an A/C maintenance tune up on a 20 year old Trane system. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technician found the Contactor switch Is looking pretty rough, The compressor motor is pulling high amps on start up but not quite over the max, The blower motor bearings are very very loose, The system is overcharged with R-22. Technician made several options for repairs. Customer would like to limp this thing along and wait for it to die. System is in rough shape.
Found the units coil case not installed correctly causing the unit to not drain properly. Reinstalled the coil and case tested the drain pan for leaks and insure proper drainage.
The technician got called out for a unit not cooling. The customer stated that his new Amana S would not cool, I arrived to find that everything is working properly. We checked the thermostat error history, and all he had were air conditioner, not communicating errors, and that was from when he turned the air conditioner off to cycle power as well as a few thermostat reboot errors. Both thermostats are currently working separate and together, and the unit is cooling properly. I told the customer if the problem persists don’t cycle power and have us out when it’s not working.
Service call to make previously quoted repairs. A ecm condensing fan motor had failed. Replaced the motor and added surge protection to the entire system. Also performed an annual tune up here today and the system is working great at this time.
Technician arrived and performed a system tuneup on single system Furnace. system is fairly new presented options for surge protection, and indoor air quality. Homeowner did not want to move forward at this time.
Service call for a condenser not coming on. Technician arrived to find a l29 code on the outdoor unit. Cycled power to clear the code and the compressors came on but no condensing fan motor causing the high limit switch to open and the system to go into a lock out. The fan motor is ordered and will be replaced later this week.
Technician arrived and began system diagnostic. Found that there was no refrigerant in the system upon further inspection found leak in the evaporator coil presented options for replacement of the evaporator coil as well as half replacement. Homeowner was interested in replacing half the system. And is speaking to Tim
Found the drain line on the new coil we installed backed up and over filling the auxiliary pan. Blew the drain out and cleared the line also cleaned all the water out of the auxiliary pan.
Found the breaker tripped tested the unit to find the compressor amperage’s high as well as a bad capacitor and contactor going out. Recommend adding a heardstart kit as well customer denied any repairs today and wants to let the unit run how it is.
For this job, Customer states the A/C is not working. Technician arrived to the outdoor unit running but not the indoor blower motor. After diagnosis the technician found the blower motor is locked up and won’t run. Customer would like for the Technician to open up a parts house and get the motor to install it tonight. After replacement of the indoor blower motor system runs great.
Technician arrived. Completed a two system tuneup on two furnaces found a compressor, pulling too many amps upon start up in the field. Capacitor recommended hard start kit and new capacitor and found charge to be low on one system filled up system.
