The guys came out inspected everything, but of course the system was working as it was supposed and wouldn’t act up. they turned equipment off and on several times and went through everything to make sure it was working properly. A brief review

Chris’ demeanor and candor was exceptional. I inadvertently misunderstood some of the context of the conversation and within a few moments he was able to clarify and clear up my confusion. I think that his explanation of the process and his role within the process helped to alleviate any concerns I had about the proposed course of action. He clearly identified that the current system in the house was inching nearer to the end of expected service life. He proposed several cost saving options and helped guide my decision. My only criticism, which may just be specific to this instance, is that it may be very beneficial to the customer for the repair technician to clearly state that the repair technicians does not have the ability to provide whole system replacement recommendations. So it may be useful to lay out that info at the beginning. “I can only provide repair options, but if you want yo discuss whole system replacements you need to talk to Cody.” Because I didn’t have the puzzle piece above, when Chris asked me for the second timr “Are you really sure you want to do this?”, a lot of very conflicting thoughts occurred simultaneously. For example: He asked me this already, what exactly am I missing? Is he attempting to suggest that buying these products are a bad investment and I should, in fact, buy a new system entirely? If so, why didn’t he cover this option before he left and came back? Well anyway, it was a hot 30 seconds before Chris, thankfully, realized where I was confused. When he clarified that his role as a repair technician simply eliminated his ability to provide any context around buying a new system and that if I wanted to have the discussion about a new system that I would need to talk with Cody, everything seemed to fall in place and was good. So uh sorry for the novel. The tl;dr version is: Chris is a good employee and seems to care about helping folks and thankfully had the patience and grace to help me figure it out.

We had Ryan, Chris and Piper here today. They installed a new AC unit. They started at 7 am and worked until they had everything completed. Our attic is a hot box! I have no idea how they worked so hard and efficiently in that heat. They finished the job and were all 3 professional, friendly, and efficient. We were also impressed with Cody, our sales rep too. Service call Air Flow issues, The office room that was having problems was for a different system fired it up and Air came out perfectly and heated the office, The Women's and Mens bathroom Were starving of air flow, The Women's Supply vent had a damper inside the vent that was closed opened it up and poured out better airflow, The mens rooms damper was open but the light is always left on causing the supply air to Be sucked out via the exhaust vent being on constantly cause of the light, Other than that systems run great.

Furnace was not working properly. Identified the problem as a bad blower wheel - unit had failed entirely. System was under warranty, so performed furnace repair and replaced the wheel.

Service call, Water issue technician found the flue pipe leaking from a fitting, Customer wants us to call her tomorrow and give her an estimate on fixing the issue, But wants it scheduled for Friday if she chooses to move forward.

Service call No Heat, Technician Found system has a frozen drain line that has slight unthawed itself, system running as should, Customer will pour Hot water in the drain themselves to finish thawing it out, Customer does want an SS2 switch in the spring time for A/C, Customer will buy heat tape herself as well as thaw it out herself every year.

Service call No Heat, Technicians found the drain was frozen I thawed the drain line and found out that the water has gotten onto the board and it’s a bad board as well gotta call a parts house first thing in the morning to get a price.

Service call No Heat, Technicians found the furnace has a bad high limit switch, On arrival the furnace would run for about 10 minutes and trip on high limit, Technicians put a Temp probe in the high limit hole and it only got to 148 degrees and limit is supposed to trip at 200 not 150, swapped it out and the system runs great at this time.
