Chris & Ryan were professional, kind, talked me through what I needed to know and overall did a great job. The owner who came to give me a quote was also extremely professional and kind. I ultimately went with them because of how i was treated on the first phone call with the company and how they spoke to me. No one was short with me or belittled me and I appreciate that they were also the best deal I found.

The technician performed a friends and family club maintenance on a 14 year old carrier air conditioner. I checked all motors, washed the condenser out, monitored the static pressure, temperature difference, refrigerant charge and the megaohms on the compressor. I found that on startup the compressor is pulling more power than it should as well as there is no secondary drain. I recommended putting a hard start kit on as well as an SS2 safety switch.

Two system furnace maintenance on 2007 Rheem high efficiency systems. The upstairs system has a busted P-trap leaking water into the drain pan. The drain pan is busted so the water is leaking out onto the floor. The upstairs blower motor bearings have a lot of play and the capacitor is right at the minimum threshold of tolerance. The downstairs system is operating as it should here today. Both heat exchangers are very rusty and both systems need a ceiling saver switch installed on the evaporator coil to prevent any potential sheet rock damage due to a backed up drain line.

For this job, Technicians installed a new mini split system for the Upstairs. Removing existing and reconnecting to copper and drain system. On start up technicians found the outdoor unit has only 123.0V instead of 240. Customer will need an electrician to move some breakers around to get 240V to the equipment.
