Technician arrived to perform a service call on a 2018 system. Technician found that the system was low on refrigerant after further diagnosis found the coil in the attic on the upstairs. System is leaking. Homeowner decided to go with the leak option. Tech added 3 pounds of refrigerant and leak similar to the system. Unit unit is cooling adequately at this time.
Gave estimate to Uninstall softener , clean start for washer, filtration under kitchen sink. And hooking everything back up because customer is moving. Unable to provide install quote until we are able to have access to new house. Would like uninstall to happen the 10th and reinstall to happen on the following day.
Arrived and sealed off vent connection coming off water heater. All connection are sealed with aluminum tape and confirmed no leaks.
Arrived inspected water heater and performed flush per customer request. Period. Customer is selling the home and had it inspection. Per inspector, the water heater was making a popping or clicking noise. Found no signs of knocking or popping inside the water heater. The ticking sound is the research pump timer. Found no issues with the water heater other than it being 14 years old.
For this job, Technicians performed a furnace maintenance tune up on a 4 year old Trane system. Technicians checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the furnace season. Technician found the indoor coil does not have a secondary drain switch which is critical if the drain pan switch ever fails and the drain line backs up. The duct system is decently dirty. System is working great at this time.
The technicians performed a duct cleaning and sanitizing. We went to each individual supply and return boot and ran our brush through them, vacuumed out the return plenum and supply plenum, re-sealed the places where we attached the vacuum and did a Decon 7 duct sanitizing. Everything is completed and ready to go. The customer definitely needs a new media filter asap due to the remodeling that they are doing.
Technician arrived on report of the ERV making a banging noise. Technician found a piece of cardboard was left in the system the blower motor has been rubbing on it. It rubbed through the blower motor technician will get with service manager and warranty department getting a new motor assembly and get back with the customer.
The technicians installed a 14.3 SEER2 AC with 96% Efficient Single Stage Furnace. We made sure everything was level and up to code in our area as well as air sealed everything with mastic, adjusted the refrigerant charge, moved a duct and ensured proper operation.
Technician arrived on complaint of the downstairs system not cooling adequately further diagnosis technician found that the system is in fact low on refrigerant. We had added leak sealant as well as 7 pounds of 410a Refrigerant in June the leak has gotten so bad that the leak sealant was no longer Able to sell the system homeowners would like to get quotes on a new system due to the age.

For this job, Technician a two system furnace maintenance tune up on two 11 year old Lennox systems. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the Furnace season. Technician found the Downstairs furnaces igniter is in some rough shape as well as the blower motor capacitor is weak. Technician made several options for repairs. Customer wanted to move forward with the replacement of the igniter and capacitor. Technician installed the capacitor here today but will be back Friday to install the igniter. Both systems work great at this time.
The technicians performed a duct cleaning as well as a sanitizing. We ran our cleaner through each individual supply and return run as well as both plenums and main supply trunk and made sure the sanitizer made it was all the way through the system. The home inspection had mentioned the rust in the furnace cabinet technicians found no evidence of continuous leaking as well as the air conditioner slab is sloped due to, runoff for water to prevent pulling around the house. No issues were found at this time.
Furnace start up on two brand new Amana 80% furnaces. Both systems are working as they should here today. Adjusted the gas pressure to the manufactures specifications. The drain line technicians found that the contactor switch is severely charred up at this time. Technicians send options to the customer. He will have piper replace it next time. He is in town.

Found the coil frozen thawed added refigerant and will return Wednesday to double check system is cooling within spec at this time
The technicians installed a new warranty evaporator coil. We made sure there were no leaks in the welds, the drain had fall and was blown out, adjusted the refrigerant charge and air sealed everything with mastic. Everything is set and ready to go.
Technicians arrived to find the unit not cooling adequately after further. Diagnosis technicians found that the coil has a leak in it as well as there are major air leaks on the top of the coil no cap or caps of any types on the air conditioner Schraders we will be out in the morning to replace the, evaporator coil under warranty and seal up the system
Technicians arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club maintenance on two 2007 reams systems technicians checked averages refrigerant levels clean the coil. Check the drain lines and flushed them as well as insured proper operation system technician found that the downstairs system is overcharged on refrigerant. the compressor is over amp on start up. The capacitor is out. In the contactor switch is burning up technician found that the upstairs system is restricted and the capacitor is out as well and the contactor is burning up options. Homeowner is going to think about it.

Arrived and completed a thorough evaluation of all plumbing inside the home. Checked all faucets for proper flow and no leaks. Checked all drains for proper draining and no leaks. Inspected all toilets for proper flush with no issues or leaks around base or tank. Inspected water heater for any signs of rust or leaks. Water heater is 8 years old. Gave customer some replacement options due to water heater coming into that 8-10 year old range. Customer is currently remodeling but will let us know if they wanna move forward.
