Preformed a yearly furnace maintenance on a 2020 Trane furnace. Checked all amps temp splits gas pressures bearings and insured proper operation. System is heating good at this time. Highly recommend adding a whole home air purifier to better the health in the home as well as surge protection to the units.

Single system heater tune up on a 2010 carrier unit. The system is in really good heath here today. The customer stated they had had some issues with the heater lighting and had to reset the breaker. Technicians found the hot surface igniter was misaligned and not igniting the gas. Made a minor adjust and got the system operating as it should here today.

The inducer and blower capacitors were low on the upstairs as well as the inducer motors bearings were really loose causing a loud screeching noise.
