Service call No Heat, Technician Found system has a bad inducer motor a screw or something got in the inducer motor and tore up the Squirrel cage causing it to sound horrible and doing a bad vibrations causing the pressure switches to vibrate and not close, Customer doesn’t want to do the repair tonight gonna talk with his wife.
Arrived to find the furnace throwing a 4 flash code meaning open limit device. Inspected and diagnosed a loose connection on the high limit safety. Attached the wire and furnace is working as it should found no other problems at this time.
Preformed yearly furnace maintenance found the upstairs systems blower capacitor out of specification. Also found that the indoor air has high co2 and TVOCS. Recommend installing a air purifier to better the air and health in the home.
Technicians performed a tune up plus on an annual furnace maintenance to get our customer covered under a 5 year warranty on the weakest links of the heating system.

Single System Furnace Tune Up, Checked all Capacitors, Checked Blower motor bearings, Checked blower motor amp draw, Checked Blower motor cabinet as well as blower assembly for build up of dirt and dust, Checked Inducer motor amp draw, Checked and adjusted gas manifold pressures, Checked and cleaned flame sensor, Checked Hot surface igniter for wear and tear, Checked flue pipe for proper code requirements as well as make sure no water is present, Checked Heat exchanger for Cracks, Heat stress points, or rust build up, Checked all filters customer has just changed them, Filter sizes, 2 14x30x1, Technicians offered UV Air Purification bulbs to eliminate any Allergens, Bacteria’s, Airborne Viruses, As well as Black substance build up throughout the HVAC System, Customer is not interested in them. Customer says Humidity is good within the home.
Arrived to find the master shower head making a high pitched whining noise while on hot. Removed the head and cleaned the sediment screen. Will have a plumber come check over the shower.
Installed a powered humidifier and insured proper operation. Will come back to insulate the line next week.
Installed a new whole home powered humidifier and installed a new thermostat.
The low humidity is causing the floors to cup recommend two humidifiers to humidify the whole home.

Service call No Heat, Technicians found System has a bad gas valve, The control board would tell it to open up and let gas out, It wouldn’t it’s seized up, Customer wanted to replace the gas valve as well as sign up for a pro club, Changed and adjusted gas manifold pressure, System works great at this time.
Found the drain line frozen customer will wait for it to thaw.
Found the blower motor not communicating with the furnace. Replaced the motor under warranty and insured proper operation.
Found failed 3”pvc fitting causing the water to drip on the ceiling replaced the failed fitting and insured proper operation at this time.
Found the trap partly clogged with algae customer will monitor for the weekend.
Preformed yearly furnace maintenance on 4 systems and two mini splits. All 4 furnaces look good at this time would recommend deep cleaning the mini splits to prevent future problems.

Technician performed a furnace maintenance on three systems. All the systems look good here today. The upstairs system has a blower motor capacitor that is at the bottom limit of the manufacture specification and this was discussed with the customer.
Technician performed an annual furnace maintenance. All electric motors amp draws and their capacitors were checked to be within manufactures specifications. The gas pressure was set and delta T was measured. The static pressure was also checked here today and the return was found to be undersized. The impacts of this were discussed with the customer. The flame sensor was cleaned and flu pipe inspected as well.
Service callVibrating noise, Technician Found that the plastic drain pan where the SS2 Water safety switch is, The SS2 it’s self was vibrating the floor when the blower motor kicked on and is running, Put a rubber padding under the SS2 and the vibration stopped.
