Annual maintenance on a 2016 American standard air conditioner. The system is in great shape and running as efficiently as positive after some routine maintenance. Spoke with the customer about a duct sanitizing and they want to discuss this with their partner.
Maintenance call for a 2015 Bryant air conditioner. The system is in good shape at this time. The blower motor capacitor was weak and replaced here today. The evaporator coil is dirty and starting to restrict air flow and the customer is going to get it cleaned at a later date. The LRA was a little over the data plate as well.
Service call for a dehumidifier not working. Technician arrived to find the system throwing an e6 code and not on. The system had thrown the code back in the winter time. Cycled power and the system is running fine. Informed the customer to turn the power off to the dehumidifier during the winter.

Technicians Ran a New Duct Supply Run to the bedroom that was struggling for air, After installation The room feels much better.
