Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on a 2013 Payne system. Found the unit to have some sort of a restriction the compressor over amping and the bearings in the condenser fan motor out.

For this job, Technician performed an A/C maintenance tune upon a 24 year old system. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technician found the system has a Compressor Capacitor that is weak, The Contactor switch is in rough shape, The blower motor bearings are super loose and wheel is super dirty, The outdoor units fan motor is overamping pulling too much power, The duct system is super dirty. Customer knows how dangerous this system is to run being a standing pilot furnace. The system is in bad shape and will not last much longer. Customer would like for Tim to come out and give him estimates on replacement.

Preformed a service call on a system found the unit working and the clicking was coming from the thermostat. The heater is working at this time.

Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on two systems. Found the downstairs contactor going out and black substance growth on the unit. Customer would like to wait until the newborn twins are a little older before fogging the ducts.

Found the circuit board bad not kicking the heat on. Replaced the board and added a surge protector as well as fogged the system to kill any bacteria viruses growths and any contaminants

For this job, Customer states the unit is not heating the house. Technician arrives to only the blower motor running. Technician found the system was tripped on a high limit switch and it would not open back up. Technician tapped on the switch and it seemed to work but will get stuck again. Technician also performed a full system evaluation to make sure all components are working great. Technician also found the inducer motor is over amping, the indoor coil does not have a water safety switch, as well as the blower motor capacitor is getting weak. Customer would like to think about the options I made as well as have Tim Come out Monday at 2:00 to give her estimates of repairs vs replacement of furnace. System is currently working but who knows for how long.

Found the flue disconnected Evan clogged and the blower motor dirty. Cleane the coil and blower wheel and re attached the flue and the system is working as it should will get with the daughter to drop off filters
