Gary has spent more than 40 years in the heating and air conditioning industry. A native Oklahoman, Gary began his career with Dolan Heating & Air Conditioning services. After six years with the company, the retiring owner of the company sold it to Gary, and he rebranded it as Arrow Heating & Air Conditioning, which operated for the following 18 years and gained a national reputation before he sold it to Service Experts. Gary fell in love with the Jenks community, and decided to start Innovative Air Pros to provide a smaller, more nimble company that could care for its employees with the same commitment to excellence it offers its customers. Gary is a founding member of the Air Conditioning Contractors Association.
Co-Owner & Operator
Cody is an Oklahoma native and a Marine Corps Veteran who has co-owned and operated Innovative Air Pros since 2016 when they opened their doors. He started as the only technician and as the company has grown, Cody now manages day to day operations as well as the training the technicians receive. Cody takes pride in developing technicians in both their personal and work life so that Innovative Air Pro’s customers receive the absolute best customer experience.
Office Manager
After 10+ years as a Nurse, Jayme entered the HVAC industry in the spring of 2022 when she joined Innovative Air Pros as the Office Manager. She handles the technicians schedules as well as overseeing the installation coordination.She is happily married to Cody, they have two children and two dogs. Jayme loves quality family time and traveling. She enjoys reading, a good charcuterie board, laying by pools and on beaches, and routine family trips to the lake.
