Warranty work on a new system. There was a leak in one of the refrigerant lines so the refrigerant was recovered and the leak was repaired. Evacuated the system and charged the system back up. Once the system was up and running the contactor was cutting out intermittently. Checked the safety switch and there was a small amount of water inside. Adjusted the drain line to have more fall leaving the coil. The contactor was still dropping out intermittently so the thermostat was also replaced here today to get the system operating as it should again.

Service call for a unit not cooling. About a month ago leak sealant and refrigerant were added to the system. Today the outdoor unit was not coming on due to a failed capacitor. Replaced the capacitor and got the system back up and going. The system is already down to a 2 subcool here today so replacement was suggested to the customer.

Arrived and drained existing water heater and removed from closet. Mounted tankless to the wall and reworked water lines. Installed new ball valves, hammer arrestors, and expansion tank. Ran new pvc venting due to unit being high efficient. Connected water lines to the unit and bled air from the lines. Connected gas with new sediment trap and gas flex. Installed crossover tee in master bathroom to allow customer to have instant hot water. Fired up unit and set parameters for proper function.

Technician arrived to find the system on the downstairs, not cooling up upon further diagnostics found that the system was severely low on R 22 refrigerant is from 1997. The homeowner was aware that the system is old and on its last leg she will talk with her husband when he gets home from work, and come up with her next course of action. Technician arrived to find the system not cooling efficiently after further evaluation found that the system is low on refrigerant Customer was not interested in filling it up with refrigerant due to a leak. He is going to sleep on it and call us tomorrow to get him to quote a system.

Technician arrived to find the outdoor unit in operable after further diagnosis technician found that the outdoor capacitor had blown up and the unit was not coming on technician replace the capacitor and the system came on and was running as it should checked. All amperage as well as refrigerant level. Didn’t see any issues at this time. Welcome to the family.

Arrived and found the water heater in the attic had ruptured and was leaking everywhere. Shut off water to heater and spoke with customer about replacement. I was informed the parents would be back in October and will reassess the situation then. Declined the friends and family membership at this time as well.

For this job, Technicians arrived to house with the upstair unit off and the outside unit not turning on. Technicians performed a full system check up and found the capacitor for the fan motor completely dead. Technicians presented options to fix pain points of unit and additional items for preventative measures. Technicians replaced the capacitor and put the customer on the F&F club. System is up and running and currently cooling the Upstairs.

Arrived and completed a thorough evaluation of all plumbing inside the home. Checked all faucets for proper flow and no leaks. Checked all drains for proper draining and no leaks. Inspected all toilets for proper flush with no issues or leaks around base or tank. Inspected water heater for any signs of rust or leaks. Flushed tankless and due to the bucket overflowing a little bit during flush I believe his service kit needs to be replaced due the shutoffs not working properly. Also one of the upstairs drains drips water from the lift rod. Emailed over estimates to resolve issues.
