Technician installed new supply boot and grill, made sure the grill had plenty of insulation around it. Sealed up the duct attached to the boot and used the grill to suck the boot to the drywall. Technician also sealed up the supply plenum of the upstairs system. System works great at this time.

Service call for a house having high humidity. The ecobee thermostat was sending notifications alerting the home owner of the issue. Found the system needed the charge adjusted, sealed the wall behind the thermostat, corrected the humidity readings, and got a thermostat schedule set up for the customer.

Found the old r22 unit out of refrigerant had only 3 psi static and went negative while running.

Technicians installed 3 Apco X Uv Air Purification bulbs to help eliminate any Bacterias, Allergens, Airborne Viruses, As well as Black Substance growth that grow and build up within the HVAC Systems. Customer wanted to go ahead and replace all filters and we will be back next week to install a new supply boot and grill as well as properly seal up the duct to prevent further black substance growth from happening. Systems working great at this time.

AC repair call. No Cool On an 17 year old Goodman System, Technician performed air conditioning repair diagnostics, Found systems Compressor is amping super high almost at its Max Amps. There are some wires that looked charred up caused from the amping issue. Overall the Compressor has a lot of wear and tear. Customer Wants further options for replacement.

Service call Air Flow issues, The living area and the bedroom was getting hardly any air flow, Adjusted the dampers the living room is getting great airflow as well as the Kids room, The master bedroom has too much airflow closed it off a little more and showed the home owner where the dampers are located to adjust in the future if needed. Service call No Heat, Technician arrived to the roll out switch tripped, as of right now the system fires up just fine, nothing out of the ordinary at the moment, Customer does want a price for replacement, Cody will email the price for it.

16 SEER AC and Single Stage Heater, Installed new full system, Installed New drain pan, Installed new supply plenum, Installed new start collars with dampers to control air flow, Reconnected to existing copper lines, High Voltage, Drain pipe, Return plenum, Thermostat wire, Ran new Low voltage for the outdoor unit, Checked the Heat strips to make sure they work as well as checked heat pump operation, Sealed up air leaks, Installed New UV Air Purification Bulb, System works great.

Service call No Heat, Technician Arrived to the furnace just running the inducer motor not trying to ignite at all, Technician blew thru and manually closed the pressure switches with his mouth, After that put the hose back on the inducer motor and it fired up perfect every time no hesitation, Replaced the Pressure switches do eliminate that happening again, System runs great.
