AC System Repairs: Responding to a service call regarding an inoperable AC unit, I conducted a thorough examination of the system. It became evident that a faulty suction line accumulator was hindering cooling efficiency. To resolve this issue, I replaced the faulty accumulator, significantly improving refrigerant flow and enhancing overall system performance.

Annual maintenance on a heat pump to get the system ready for the summer months coming up. The 2022 Goodman system is in great shape and running as it’s designed to here today. Adjusted the damper in the master bedroom for a little extra air flow during the summer.

Heating Repair: The client contacted us due to persistent furnace shutdowns, expressing heightened safety concerns. Our thorough examination revealed adjustments needed for the flame rollout switch. Our skilled technicians expertly addressed the issue by meticulously adjusting the flame rollout limit switch. This precise adjustment not only rectified the immediate concern but also guaranteed the ongoing safe and efficient operation of the furnace, providing the client with enhanced peace of mind and comfort.

HVAC Condenser Coil Cleaning: An AC system struggled to cool efficiently. Our technicians cleaned the condenser coil and straightened the fins, significantly enhancing the system's performance. The client's home now benefits from cool and refreshing air, with a reminder about the importance of regular coil maintenance.

Service call for a heat pump falling below the thermostat set point at night. Technician found the thermostat settings not allowing the back up heat to come on simultaneously with the heat pump. Altered several settings here today to ensure proper operation and adjusted a damper to allow more air flow to the daughters bedroom.

Technician performed a friends and family club maintenance on a one year old heat pump air handler. I checked all motors, capacitors, amp draw from the heat strips, refrigerant charge, monitored the temperature rise as well as the static pressure, washed the condenser and changed the filters. Everything is working how it should at this time.

Heating System Repair Service: Responding to a homeowner's complaint of insufficient warmth and strange sounds from their heating system, our inspection identified a malfunctioning ignition system. Installed the last three blower motors and one more failed high limit switch was replaced. All 9 systems are back up and going again.

Replaced 6 blower motors, 3 transformers and 5 high limit switches on 8 2019 Ruud package units and a Rudd hair handler.

Commercial real estate inspection on 8 2019 Ruud package units. Multiple systems had damage to what appears to be a power surge. The systems will be repaired at another appointment.

Preformed a yearly furnace maintenance on two American standard systems. Changed filters adjusted gas pressure amps bearings and temperature rises. Systems are working good at this time.

Technicians performed a friends and family club maintenance on two, six year old furnaces. We checked all motors, capacitors, static pressures, temperature rises, cleaned flame sensors and changed filters. Everything is working great at this time.

Preformed a yearly furnace maintenance on three brand new Goodman systems. Checked amps bearings gas pressure temperature differentials changed the filters and insured proper operation. Systems are all three heating good at this time.

Customer stated that when she turned the heat on the windows would fog and the unit didn’t heat. Technician arrived and found the system heating as it should and the humidity was dropping she will watch the unit and call if there is a problem.

Preformed yearly air conditioning maintenance on two 2017 American Standard systems. Washed both coils checked all capacitors contractors motor amps and refrigerant levels. Both systems are in tip top shape. Would highly recommend adding surge protectors and air purifiers to the systems to greatly increase the health in the home and protect the systems.

Preformed yearly air conditioning maintenance on two systems. Checked all the capacitor contactors refrigerant levels and cleaned the units. Found the upstairs capacitor almost out. Replaced to prevent any unwanted break downs. Systems are cooling good at this time.

Installed two new dehumidifiers. One for the Upstairs and one for the Downstairs. Technicians ran new drains for both systems. Ran new Supply duct runs and return runs. Plugged in both systems onto receptacles. Both systems are up and running if the customer has any problems he will give us call.

Preformed yearly air conditioning maintenance on two 2015 Ruud systems. The both systems have the start of a restricted condenser coils. Units have a 14 degree temperature differential which is not in range. The upstairs system compressor is over amping on start up.

Preformed yearly air conditioning system maintenance on a 2022 Goodman system. Checked all capacitors contactors refrigerant levels and cleaned the coils. System is cooling good as of now found no issues. Would highly recommend adding surge protection to the system to protect your investment from lightning and power surges.

Air Conditioning System Repair Service. We received a service call for an indoor a/c unit making a loud noise. The technician arrived to find the blower motor in very bad shape and sprayed oil all over the cabinet. Replaced the blower motor and cleaned the blower wheel/cabinet. Also signed up a new member of the friends and family club.

Service call, customer has humidity issues. Technician checked all systems refrigerant levels to make sure there not low on Freon, which can cause high humidity. The only other way to resolve the humidity problems will be too add in a Dehumidifier for the Upstairs system.

Service call, customer states the unit is super loud while it’s running. Technician arrived to the unit making a loud vibrating kind of noise in the bathroom. Technician pulled the outdoor unit out from the wall a little to pull the copper out of the wall and the vibrating noise stopped. The diagnosis is the copper lines were slightly vibrating the interior wall. System works great at this time.

Technician installed new supply boot and grill, made sure the grill had plenty of insulation around it. Sealed up the duct attached to the boot and used the grill to suck the boot to the drywall. Technician also sealed up the supply plenum of the upstairs system. System works great at this time.
