Technician arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club maintenance on four systems technicians checked all capacitors contactors refrigerant levels wash the coils checked and changed as well as check the drain line technician found that the downstairs main system contactor is showing severe pitting and as well as the master bedroom systems contactor is showing wear Technician also found that some of the systems have black substance growth on the coils. Technician recommends fogging the duck system to read the system systems of black substance growth, as well as potentially installing UV lights to keep it from growing back technicians have sent estimates for the customer to review.

Homeowner will start treating the plumbing line once a month to prevent this issue from happening again.
Arrived and drained existing 40 gal gas water heater. Pulled from closet and reworked water lines. Installed new ball valve, hammer arrestors, supply lines, and expansion tank. Set new heater and hooked up water. Turned on and bled air from lines inside home. Hooked up gas with sediment trap and new supply line. Lit water heater and informed customer they should have hot water in roughly 45-60 minutes.

Technician checked over the system and found the systems wire going to the blower motor is burned up. After repairing the wire the blower came back on and started blowing air again. Customer is going to talk to the home owner and brother on what they would like to do. System is currently cooling but it will burn the wire up again.
