Springtime HVAC System Tune-Up: I conducted a springtime HVAC system tune-up for a residential client. I inspected the AC system, cleaned the blower motor, and checked for any signs of wear or damage. Additionally, I cleaned the AC condenser unit and inspected refrigerant levels to ensure peak performance during the upcoming seasons.

Technician arrived performed AC tuneup on gas furnace found unit to be running operational. Compressor was pulling at its lra rating. Recommended a hard kit and presented options for surge protection as well. Homeowner did not want to move forward with anything at this time.

The technician showed the customer how to change the thermostat as well as made sure it was properly set at heat to 71 and cool to 73.

Technician arrived on site. Performed a AC tuneup on single heat pump system. system is running operational. Everything passed. Presented options for indoor air quality. Homeowner is not interested at all.

For this job, technicians installed a 17.2 SEER2 Variable Speed AC and Two Stage 96% Efficient Furnace with variable speed fan. Technician put in a new disconnect and whip, technicians also put new copper connections and performed a new system start up and verified that everything works properly and performs at manufacture specifications. Everything looks and runs great at this time!

Technician arrived on site. Performed an AC tuneup on 2015 heat pump. Found compressor to be over amp capacitor failed and recommended a drain safety switch presented options for compressor. System is under warranty. And also options for a hard start kit along with capacitor and drain safety. Homeowner said he wants to think about it and talk with his wife and I will follow up with him later this week via text message.

Found the units polarity reversed and the system running when it wants to and has some sort of electric gremlin.

14.3 SEER2 AC with 96% Efficient Single Stage Furnace Need to come back and check charge

Technician arrived on site Performed an AC tuneup on one system found compressor to be not running upon arrival. Further inspection found out the capacitor was out tested compressor and found compressor to be over amping recommended capacitor, and a hard start kit. Homeowner moved forward with capacitor and membership. Will need to follow up for Hardstart kit

Performed system tuneup on single system Furnace unit is 13 years old. Bearings in the motor are going out And recommended a hard start kit. Homeowner is moving forward with those items Scheduled work for after lunch next Friday, the 19th of April collected 600 for a down payment will pay the other half after work is completed.

Found the unit low on r22 since the unit was serviced the leak has sprung. Customer wants replacement.

Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on a 2005 air conditioner. Found the unit low on r22 second stage is shorted out the condenser fan motor bearings are grinding and the indoor units blower is making bearing noise. He will talk to his wife tonight about what they want to do.

Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on two 2013 systems. Found the downstairs condenser fan capacitor out of specifications. The upstairs units compressor is almost at max amperages and the units low on refrigerant. Customer has to think about it.

Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on a 200) system. Found the capacitor out of spec and black substance growth on the unit. Recommend adding a new capacitor and fogging the duct system.

Found the units outdoor board throwing the same faults as last year and also more it’s cutting the fan off at random times unit is intermittently cooling boards both need to be replaced on the outdoor unit as well as the contactors on both low and hi.

I put the thermostat into normal heat and it kicked right on, I also put it into EM heat to ensure the heat strips were properly operating and they were as well. Everything looks great.
