The technicians had to add some refrigerant to an air conditioning system and leak search it to make sure the system was not leaking. We added two and a half pounds to the system to get it charged correctly and leaked searched the indoor and outdoor coils, we did not find any leaks in the refrigeration circuit but we did find a dirty indoor air filter that we changed out and it improved the pressures a little bit. Everything is working great at this time.

Service call to give an estimate on running a new dryer vent. The old dryer vent was ran through the closet shelving and dumped into the attic. The current vent is ran through the porch and out of a sliding door. Customer wants a vent up and through the roof line. The quote is to run new metal pipe up the inside of the wall and through the roof line. There appears to be water lines directly behind the dryer vent that supply the refrigerator so the vent would be ran in the adjacent wall. The stud spacing is to close for a dryer box so a pipe would be stubbed out to connect to. The pipe would be inside the wall and ran up to a roof jack with a flapper.
Arrived and completed a thorough evaluation of all plumbing inside the home. Checked all faucets for proper flow and no leaks. Checked all drains for proper draining and no leaks. Inspected all toilets for proper flush with no issues or leaks around base or tank. Inspected water heater for any signs of rust or leaks. Found no leaks or signs of sediment at this time. Outside faucet has broken handle and starting to come loose from housing. Water heater isn’t up to code. Also customer has 2 toilets that continue to run on and off and need new fill valves. Emailed over estimates to customer and they will reach out when they are ready to move forward with repairs.
