Arrived and completed a thorough evaluation of all plumbing inside the home. Checked all faucets for proper flow and no leaks. Checked all drains for proper draining and no leaks. Inspected all toilets for proper flush with no issues or leaks around base or tank. Inspected water heater for any signs of rust or leaks. Found no leaks or signs of sediment at this time. Outside faucet has broken handle and starting to come loose from housing. Water heater isn’t up to code. Also customer has 2 toilets that continue to run on and off and need new fill valves. Emailed over estimates to customer and they will reach out when they are ready to move forward with repairs.

UV Germicidal Light Installation: Integrated UV germicidal lights into the HVAC system to eliminate airborne bacteria and viruses, enhancing indoor air cleanliness.

Service call for a unit blowing hot air. Technician arrived to find the capacitor had failed on the fan side. Replaced the capa here to get the system back up and going. The system is also low on refrigerant so we will get a maintenance scheduled and do a full system evaluation to find if there is a leak.

The technicians installed a new mini split. We made sure everything was leveled and up to code. We also ran line hide to keep the copper lines, hidden and insured proper operation. Everything is set and ready to go for the summer.

For this job, Technicians replaced the Air handler drain pan, Removed the wood from under the A/C unit replaced it with rubber pads, as well as fixed the kinked copper lines at the outdoor unit. Technicians ran the son’s bedroom duct to the system for the hang out spot. System works great at this time.

14.3 SEER2 AC with Single Stage Furnace

Service call for a unit not cooling. Technician arrived to the breaker tripped for the outdoor unit. The compressor was found to be shorted to ground and pulling 227 amps before tripping the breaker again. The capacitor is weak and the contactor is in poor shape. The blower motor also has a lot of play in the bearings. The upstairs system is in okay shape for its age but the condensing fan motor bearings are failing and the contactor on that system is in poor shape as well.

14.3 SEER2 AC with Single Stage Furnace

For this job, Customer states the outdoor unit is making a loud noise and is not cooling. Technician found the outdoor fan motor is overamping pulling way too much power, as well as the Compressor capacitor is weak. Technician made several options for repairs. Customer would like to replace the 19 year old system so he doesn’t have to worry about anything else going down.

Technician arrived and performed an AC maintenance on one system found system to be running operational in great condition. System is a 2023 rheem. Discuss with the homeowner of the benefits of having surge protection homeowner would like to think about it and will reach out if he wants to move forward.

For this job, technicians installed a warranty infinity thermostat as well as the customer wanted us to look at his third system to see why the drain pan keeps filling up with water. Technicians found the system has a cracked drain pan on the A-Coil. Technicians will get customer a price for replacement on Monday.

Service call to asses damage done by recent storms on a 2021 carrier air conditioner.

Annual maintenance on 2021 Trane air conditioners. The systems are in good shape here today. The downstairs system was low on refrigerant so 2 lbs were added to get the subcool to the manufacturers specifications.

Service call for a second opinion on a system that has had multiple issues. Technician arrived to find the blower motor stops working after about 15 min of run time. Estimates for repairs will be sent over to the customer and information on some indoor air quality products.

Variable Speed AC and Two Stage Furnace For this job, technicians installed two variable speed units. Technician installed two condensers, brazed up copper, wired up units, and checked refrigerant charge. Technician installed two furnaces. Brazed up copper, wired up units, connected flue and cleaned up area inside.

14.3 SEER2 AC with Single Stage Furnace fixing ducting issues and plywood decking where needed

Technician arrived and found many issues. The master bedroom system is low on refrigerant and it’s leaking out of the indoor coil. The furnace drain lines are all tied together and are tied into the house plumbing. I tried blowing the drain line several times, but it would not flush. Recommending replacing the entire drain line and also repairs discussed with homeowner about all of this and are going to talk about it and figure out what they want to do. Will need to follow up.

17.2 SEER2 Variable Speed Heat Pump and High Efficiency Air Handler with Two Stage Strips

Preformed a yearly maintenance on three system found the main system and the upstairs system both low on refrigerant and the condenser fan motor contactors and capacitor out. Customer would like replacement options due to the systems being from 2007.

Technician arrived and performed an AC tuneup on two systems found a bad fan motor four bad capacitors and compressor over amping presented options for solutions and homeowner moved forward with repairs.

For this job, Customer states the unit will keep up and is frozen up. Technician arrived to the system turned off due it the customer leaving the fan running to thaw it all out. Technician checked refrigerant levels and found the system low on refrigerant. Technician performed a leak search and could not find the leak anywhere. Technician is 99.9 % sure it’s in the old indoor coil. Technician made options for repairs. Customer would like to move forward with replacing the indoor coil and signing up for the friends and family club. Technicians will be back tomorrow to install the indoor coil.
