Arrived and attempted to repair outside faucet. Was unsuccessful and ended up having to replace the whole faucet itself. Shut water off to home and disconnected existing faucet from water line inside the wall. Pulled out faucet and installed new. Reconnected to water line in wall. Arrived and found hose bib in the backyard has a stem that only works sometimes to shut off water. Explained we would probably have to replace the unit. Will return next week to either replace the whole faucet or just the stem.

Found the downstairs systems compressor at max amps as well as the capacitor and contactor needing replaced. Found the upstairs unit low on refrigerant and leaking in the evaporator customer would like quotes for replacement.
