Service call for a thermostat being blank. Technician found the overflow safety switch was tripped on the evaporator coil. Cleaned and flushed the drain line here today to get the system draining properly again. Also found the evaporator coil very dirty with pet hair and a mold like substance on the supply plenum. The customer wants to address these issues at the beginning of the cooling season next year.

The technicians performed a friends and family club maintenance on two, four year old air conditioners. We washed out both of the condensers, checked all of the motors, capacitors and contactors, as well as we monitored the refrigerant charge. We found that both of the air conditioners are working in tip top shape but the furnace is leaking a little bit of air on both of them, as well as the customer has some pets and has never had their ducts cleaned so we recommended that they get their ducts cleaned as well as have us re-seal both of their plenums to ensure they are getting as much air through the vents as possible. The customer did not want to do any of the recommendations at this time.

Technician arrived to find the system in operable and throwing a eev Circuit fault upon further diagnosis technician found that the EV plug was not plugged in correctly from the install technician secured. The plug in system came on and is Operating as it should

Service call for a unit leaking water on the floor. Technician arrived to find the filter very dirty and causing a very high static pressure. The drain is draining as it should here today so it appears the coil froze due to poor air flow and during the defrost the water was drip down through the blower compartment. Replaced the filter on both systems and checked for proper operation.

Technician arrived on site found that there was no power to the thermostat tested the float switch and found that the float switch was bad. Replaced the float switch now unit is running properly.

For this job, Technician found the thermostat was blank. Technician found the ss2 water safety switch had some water in it. Removed the water and system fired up. The secondary port is suppose to have a lip inside but this coil does not. Customer will be watching to ensure the switch won’t get water within again. System is running at this time.

Found the wires chewed from squirrels and constantly running the condenser. Fixed the wires and units working as it should.

Found the unit operating as it should today reset the hard lock out and the units operating within factory specifications. Customer will talk to his wife about the friends and family club and duct cleanings.

17.2 SEER2 Variable Speed AC and Two Stage 96% Efficient Furnace with variable speed fan. Technicians installed new thermostat. Technicians installed new return box for the new furnace to sit on. Technicians performed an A/C start up as well as a Furnace start up. System works great at this time.

Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on a 2015 Ameristar system. Found the units capacitor low and out of specifications also found a lot of black substance growth on the unit and the vents recommend fogging the duct system and replacing the capacitor to better the health and prevent future break downs.

Service call No cool, Technician arrived to the indoor unit running but not the outdoor unit. Technician found that the outdoor capacitor is reading 0.0. The capacitor helps the outdoor compressor and condensing fan motor turn on and run. Technician offered several options for repairs. Customer replaced the capacitor and will call about the friends and family club.

Water leak in inola
