Annual air conditioning maintenance on 2014 carrier systems. Technician only checked and washed the outdoor units here today but the systems are in good shape. Both capacitors and contactors checked fine. All the amp draws on the compressors and condensing fan motors look good as well.

Maintenance call on a 2022 Trane air conditioner. The system is drawing high amps on start up causing some premature wear on the contactor. Also the manufacturer requires a 10 degree subcool and the system was running at 1 here today. The system is running and cooling at this time but not as efficiently as it could.

Service call for a unit blowing fuses. Technician arrived to find the system wired incorrectly. Rewired the system and got it back up and going. Tested both the heat and cooling for proper operation here today.

The technician got called out due to a new system, not heating. The technician arrived to find there were no error, codes active or any previous error codes we believe the system was not heating due to consistently powering the system on and off, I turned both of the systems to off, turned them back on, went through all the necessary steps to get them set back up and made sure that the systems were both heating and cooling. Everything is working properly at this time and we got the thermostat set to what the customer wanted which is auto holding between 68 and 70°.

Maintenance call on 2007 Lennox systems. The downstairs system is low on R22 refrigerant and the customer wants to start planning for replacement. The upstairs system has a low capacitor and the LRA is over the rated limit on the data plate. With the systems age we are going to not make any repairs and get what life is left out of the system.

Service call for a system not keeping up and noisy. Technician arrived to find a faulty low press Cut out switch dropping out and causing the compressor to sound terrible. Also the metering device is restricted causing a low suction pressure and a freezing coil. The condenser is also very dirty throwing off refrigerant pressures. The customer wants to replace the condenser and evaporator coil to have a peace of mind that the system will continue to work and have a new warranty.

Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on a 2011:Trane system. Replaced the contactor to help prevent unwanted break downs.

Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on two systems (1997&2006) found the Goodman systems condenser fan motor bearing bad a restriction in the coil as well as the capacitor and contactor going out. The old 1997 system is cooling good found the capacitor contactor and the fan motor bearings going out. Customer wants to wait on repairs.

Service call for a heater not coming on. Technician arrived to find the thermostat was intermittently calling for heat. Tested the equipment for proper operation. The customer is going to order a thermostat and replace it themselves.

Air conditioning maintenance on a 2013 Bryant system. The system is in good health but in need of some maintenance to get as much life as possible out of the unit. The LRA is higher than the data plate and the condensing fan motor bearings are making some noise. The system also needs a wet switch on the secondary port of the evaporator coil.

Final touches on a new construction home. Installed two mini splits. Evacuated all four systems and weighed in refrigerant for the extended line sets. Performed a start up on the two split systems but still need to hook up high voltage on the mini splits to perform a start up. Also installed supply and return grills here today.

The technician got called to figure out why water was dripping out of a vent. The technician arrived to find that a coupling on the condensate drain line was leaking onto a supply boot and causing water to drip from it. I cut the old coupling out and glued a new one in and made sure the leak was fixed. Everything looks great now.

Service call for a system that froze last summer. Technician found a leak in the evaporator coil and presented a replacement option to the customer. The customer is going to try and repair the coil themselves.

Furnace service call for a deep cleaning on a furnace. The customer has some tile work done in the home and wanted to get the furnace and ducts cleaned to get rid of all the dust.

The technicians installed a 17.2 SEER2 Variable Speed AC and Two Stage 80% Efficient Furnace with variable speed fan. We made sure everything is up to code, level, air sealed with mastic, adjusted the gas pressure and checked the charge. Everything is working amazing.

Annual maintenance on a 2013 lennox furnace. The system I’m in good shape after some preventative maintenance. Replaced the blower motor capacitor and hot surface igniter with a 5 year warranty. Also cleaned and disinfected the blower wheel here today.

Installed new dampers on the supply ducts to balance air flow in the home. The customer has two rooms that stay hot in the summer and cold in the winter so the air flow was reduced the the rest of the home in attempt to push more air to the problem areas.

Annual furnace maintenance on a 2011 Trane system. The system is in good health here today. Checked the capacitor, hot surface igniter, amp draws, gas pressure, static pressure, and temperature difference. Will install some dampers at a later date to adjust the air flow for a couple of rooms not conditioned correctly.

Found the blower motor capacitor bad and the blower not running. Customer wanted to replace the capacitor and sign up for the friends and family club. Welcome to the family!
