Service call to check the refrigerant levels on the air conditioner. The upstairs system had great levels. The downstairs system was a little low so one pound of refrigerant was added to get it operating where the manufacturer wants it.

Technicians arrived to find the downstairs system in operable after further evaluation technicians found the capacitor had failed. Not letting the compressor turn on technicians then did a full system evaluation and found the contactor switch was also on its last leg. Customer decided to do the better option here today which replace the capacitor and the contactor, as well as signed her up on the friends and family club, welcome to the family!!

Service call for a system not cooling. The 2019 Trane package unit is very low on refrigerant and shutting off due to a low pressure safety switch. The blower motor compartment had a large amount of water in it and mildew growing in the corners. Bypassed the safeties to get the system to run and check components for proper operation. Found the refrigerant leak in the condensing coil. The part is under warranty so am estimate will be built for the repair after we find out the products availability.

Maintenance call for two systems. The 2012 Goodman condenser and 2005 Lennox furnace condition the upstairs and the system is low on r22 refrigerant causing poor cooling. The system is also missing a wet switch on the evaporator coil and the capacitor for the compressor is weak. The downstairs system is a 2024 Amana and it is in great shape after a small adjustment to the refrigerant levels.

Arrived and completed a thorough evaluation of all plumbing inside the home. Checked all faucets for proper flow and no leaks. Checked all drains for proper draining and no leaks. Inspected all toilets for proper flush with no issues or leaks around base or tank. Inspected water heater for any signs of rust or leaks. There was little signs of rust and sediment during flush. Customers washing machine supply hoses are starting to look worn out. Water heater is not currently up to code. Emailed estimates to resolve both issues.

The technicians got called out to re run an electrical whip for the air conditioner. We ran it out of the way of the water hose like the customer asked. He also said when the blower motor goes into low speeds he can hear a whining noise coming from it that we didn’t encounter while here. He said it’s not a huge deal so I’m going to get with Clint on if that’s normal and if not how to fix it. Other than that everything’s doing great here.

Arrived and inspected water heater closet for water leak. Found that the walls and water heater itself were dry. Checked around drain where condensate drains. I found no signs of a visible leak. Referred the customer to American leak in attempts to confirm or deny a slab leak. American leak 918-205-9870

Arrived and drained existing 40 gal gas water heater. Pulled from closet and reworked water lines. Installed new ball valve, hammer arrestors, supply lines, and expansion tank. Set new heater and hooked up water. Turned on and bled air from lines inside home. Hooked up gas with sediment trap and new supply line. Lit water heater and informed customer they should have hot water in roughly 45-60 minutes.

Plumbing Repairs: Cleared a blocked kitchen drain to restore proper water flow.

Maintenance call for a 2015 Rheem unit. The system is over amping on start up and has a low delta T across the evaporator coil. The system is low on refrigerant. Added a free pound of refrigerant here today but the customer wanted to hold off on any other repairs. While in the attic some air flow adjustments were made to force some more air to the master bedroom area of the home.

Rebuilt drain and siliconed inside furnace cabinet

Technician arrives to find the master bedroom closet, soaking wet. The ceiling light was flickering. Customer showed the technician the attic. The technician then found that the source of the water leak is coming from the houses, plumbing system under the decking of the upstairs walkway. Technician informed the customer to turn off water to the house in the meantime to prevent further damage or electrical hazards And then inform the customer that the customer care center will reach out to him as soon as Possible.

The technicians installed a new condenser. We made sure it was level and up to code. We also vacuumed out the lines to ensure there was no moisture or air in the lines as well as adjusted the refrigerant charge. Everything is set and ready to go, the refrigerant pressure were acting a little weird so we told the customer if she notices it struggling or not cooling to give us a call. Other than that it is ready to go.

17.2 SEER2 Variable Speed AC and Two Stage 80% Efficient Furnace with variable speed fan Model Number ASXS6S60

Arrived and found a 2005 water heater that has went out due to age. Discuss replacement and customer wants to get on the schedule next week.

Service call for an air conditioner blowing hot air. Technician found a major leak on the copper line coming out of the compressor. During business hours Rheem will be contacted to find out about warranty options.

Service call for a thermostat being blank. The service disconnect was moved by an electrician and the fuses were left out of the disconnect box. Changed the thermostat here today and confirmed operation of the system.

The technicians installed a new coil. We made sure it was level and air sealed with mastic. We also adjusted refrigerant charge and blew out the drain line. Everything is set and ready to go

Annual maintenance on a high efficiency variable speed Amana s. The system is in great shape and running as designed. Replaced the 20x25x5 media filter here today.

Service call for a Trane package unit not coming on at all. Technician found a bad thermostat not sending the correct voltage to the unit. Replaced the thermostat here today to get the system back up and going. The thermostat used here today was a single stage heat and single stage cool. The thermostat will work for cooling but it will need to be replaced before heating season to operate the heat pump and heat strips correctly.

Maintenance call for a 2017 Rheem and a 2021 Bryant system. Both systems are in overall good health after some refrigerant adjustments here today. The upstairs system is missing a wet switch on the emergency drain pan and the downstairs doesn’t have a wet switch on the secondary drain port. Both systems are running and cooling at this time.

The technicians installed a 17.2 SEER2 Variable Speed AC and Two Stage 80% Efficient Furnace with variable speed fan. We made sure that the units were level, up to code and operating properly. We also air sealed everything with mastic and adjusted the refrigerant charge. Everything is set and ready to go.

Service call for an outdoor unit not coming on. Technician found the service disconnect melted and brittle and a high voltage fuse blown to the outdoor unit. Replaced the fuse to the outdoor unit here today and got the system back up and going. The compressor tested in the caution zone and sounds rough but the amp draws were within manufactures specifications but on the higher end. The system is running at this point but the customer is going to plan for replacement of the 2006 unit.

Service call for a unit not cooling. Technician arrived to find the breaker tripped to the outdoor unit caused by a very weak capacitor. Reset the breaker and the compressor drew over the LRA rating on start up. The system is up and cooling at this time but will more than likely trip the breaker again in the future if the capacitor is not replaced. Also found two systems with no return air filter. Installed a 20x25x1 filter under the blower motor of the new unit but the 2001 Lennox system was not accessible to put a filter in.

Technicians installed heating and cooling system. Made sure everything was sealed and leveled for a comfortable summer. Technicians also did some duct work for the most efficient airflow
