Technician arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club maintenance checked all capacitors contactors refrigerant levels wash the coil check the filter and flush. The drain line technician found the contactor, still showing where the lack of a secondary float switch technician presented options and customer will hold off for now no other problems were found.

Central AC Repairs: Replaced a malfunctioning run capacitor to prevent motor failures.

For this job, Technicians arrived to repairs the shrader core within the coil. After replacement of shrader core the technicians purged the system with nitrogen to ensure no other leaks are present. Technician found the line set underneath the house is leaking tremendously. Our installers only installed a new indoor unit, the line set was not caused by us. Customer is getting other quotes on repairs. System is currently low and freezing up.

For this job, Technicians installed a new indoor mobile home unit. Technicians had to wash out the old A/C due to going off on high pressure. Technicians performed a start up. System works great at this time. The indoor temperature is 94 degrees, Technician explained to the customer that if she has any issues to give us a call because the indoor temp being that hot makes charging the system ups little off.

Technician arrived and performed a diagnosis found that the capacitor was bad So the compressor was not coming on. Homeowner moved forward with membership and capacitor. System is now running Operational.

Technician Arrived and performed a diagnosis. Found that there was a leak in the evaporator coil and the system Had zero refrigerant left. Presented options for solutions to homeowner, Homeowner got approved in financing And decided to move forward with total indoor Replacemnt.

Service call for a unit not keeping up in the afternoons. Technicians found the system low on refrigerant and a leak at the Txv.

Service call for an outdoor unit not coming on. Technician arrived to find the contactor had completely failed and not sending power to the condenser. The customer wants to replace the contactor himself. Also the blower motor sounds very bad here today.

Arrived and completed a thorough evaluation of all plumbing inside the home. Checked all faucets for proper flow and no leaks. Checked all drains for proper draining and no leaks. Inspected all toilets for proper flush with no issues or leaks around base or tank. Inspected water heater for any signs of rust or leaks. Due to age of heater it was not flushed. Did discuss replacement with customer and he is going to talk to his wife when she gets home and call us back.

Found the system performing as it should the house is not insulated after the remodel and ceiling vault.

Annual maintenance on a 2019 Trane variable speed. The system is low on charge and a leak was found in the evaporator coil. The coil is under manufacture warranty and will be replaced at a later date.

Found the system not operating and the thermostat throwing errors. Found the capacitor bad and the outdoor system not cooling. Replaced the capacitor and the system is cooling efficiently also signed up for the friends and family club. Welcome to the family!!

Technician arrived and found a broken fan on the indoor of one system and a leak inside of the indoor on the other system. Both systems are 1 ton mini splits. Saveaire which we cannot get parts for. Homeowners would like to buy their own mini splits and pay to put them in. But for now only moved forward with the membership

Technician arrived for a tune up and the customer stated the system was not working and it sounded like air was moving through the refrigerant lines. Technician found the fan blade was broken from the shaft so the tune up was not able to be completed. The customer wants to replace the fan blade himself. Also found the fan motor wired up incorrectly causing it to draw to high of amps. Moved the wiring around and the amp draw is okay without a fan blade.

HVAC System Repairs: While servicing the client's HVAC system, I discovered issues with the electronic control board, leading to erratic behavior and system failures. I replaced the malfunctioning electronic control board to restore proper system operation and control.

HVAC System Repair Service: During my assessment of the client's HVAC system, I identified issues with a faulty temperature sensor, resulting in inaccurate temperature readings. I replaced the faulty temperature sensor to ensure accurate temperature control and optimize HVAC system performance.

Technician arrived on scene, the customer had completely taken the unit apart by himself had replaced many parts on his own before hand then put everything back together for me to diagnose found a bad control board. Customer did not want to move forward with repairs at all.

Maintenance call on a 1988 Kenmore system. The system has a couple of low capacitors, the condensing fan motor is leaking oil and the bearings are not spinning freely, the blower motor bearings are very loose, and condensation drain needs to be repaired. The home is under remodel and the customer wants some quotes on replacement.

Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on a 2021 system. Unit looks great at this time will follow up tomorrow on the exhaust ducts and quotes.

Maintenance call to tune up a 2020 Lennox system. The refrigeration system had a restriction at the metering device so the technician opened up the system and got it all cleared out and a new filter drier installed. The system is up and going again. Also installed all the supply and return grills here today after the remodel.

Everything looks great here today, except the indoor units have surge protection and the outdoor does not. I recommended protecting those outdoor units and they said they would think about it
