Technician arrived on scene, the customer had completely taken the unit apart by himself had replaced many parts on his own before hand then put everything back together for me to diagnose found a bad control board. Customer did not want to move forward with repairs at all.
Maintenance call on a 1988 Kenmore system. The system has a couple of low capacitors, the condensing fan motor is leaking oil and the bearings are not spinning freely, the blower motor bearings are very loose, and condensation drain needs to be repaired. The home is under remodel and the customer wants some quotes on replacement.
Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on a 2021 system. Unit looks great at this time will follow up tomorrow on the exhaust ducts and quotes.

Technicians found the igniter is looking really rough, The flame sensor is super dirty as well as the blower motor assembly is super dirty, The indoor coil does not have a secondary water safety switch, Finally the system does not have any surge protection at all. Technicians made several options for repairs.
3 ton, Heat Pump Package Unit. Technicians installed new package unit. Technicians tan a new drain and resealed the dog house. Technicians installed a new thermostat as well as performed Heat pump startup with heat strips. System works great at this time.
Furnace service at a residential home. The technician arrived to find that the system was not heating at all. I found that the sequencer for the electric heat strips is bad and the board that controls the heat pump is also fried. Preformed a yearly furnace maintenance on a 2022 IAP signature furnace. Checked all caps bearings amps and gas pressures. System is working good would highly recommend adding a whole home air purifier to the system to better the health in the home.
Annual furnace maintenance on a 2019 Trane. The system is in great shape and running as efficiently as possible after some routine maintenance and cleaning.
Found a blown 3amp fuse in the air handler replaced and everything came on and ran. The new condenser fan motor was miss wired and took the fan out customer will replace that him self.
For this job, Technicians finished running all the ducts and ran a new flue out of the roof. Technicians will be back when the electricians are done running the electrical to perform start up.
Arrived to find the system in working condition checked all capacitors contactors wire connections amperages and refrigerant levels. System is cooling and working good at this time.
Technician installed a new system for customer. Technician used the existing copper and high voltage wire. Technician also checked charge on the system and made sure everything was working properly before leaving.
