Arrived and spoke with customer about multiple issues going on around the house. Customer is needing one faucet repaired and the other replaced. Also customer sewer line is slightly disconnected at the cleanout and customer would like it repaired. Customer is going to be remodeling bathroom and would like new tub/shower valve and lift and turn drain. Also will be upgrading faucet. Customer is getting multiple qoutes but will let us know if they decide to go with us. Collected $99 service call that will be applied if customer goes with us for repairs.
Service call for a unit blowing hot air. Technician arrived to the outdoor fan running but the compressor was not. Checked the capacitor and it was extremely low here today. Replaced the capacitor Under the manufactures warranty to get the system back up and going.
Service call for a supply duct sweating real bad when it rains. Technician found an old flue pipe that was no longer in use that was leaking onto the supply boot during heavy rains. The supply boot was spray foamed out of caution but the home owner will have a roofer remove the old exhaust pipe and patch the roof.
Arrived and completed a thorough evaluation of all plumbing inside the home. Checked all faucets for proper flow and no leaks. Checked all drains for proper draining and no leaks. Inspected all toilets for proper flush with no issues or leaks around base or tank. Inspected water heater for any signs of rust or leaks. Flushed tank and found no signs of sediment. House pressure is 100 psi. Recommended Prv to help reduce any wear and tear on fixtures in the house. Emailed over options and customer will let us know if they want to move forward.
Service call for a thermostat going blank. Technician arrived to find a little bit of water in the safety switch. Tried to use the easy klear to blow the drain out but it wouldn’t build enough pressure. Cut the pvc and finally got a large blockage out and the system is drain as it should now.
For this job, Customer states the Upstairs system is not cooling. Technician arrived to the system turned off. After turning the thermostat to Cool the outdoor fan motor comes on but not the compressor motor. Technician found the system has a bad compressor motor capacitor. Technician installed a capacitor to ensure the proper operation of the entire system. Everything runs great at this time. Technician made several options for repairs. Customer wanted to move forward with replacing the capacitor as well as signing up for the friends and family club.
Replace heating elements on electric water heater. Replaced heating elements and thermostat to electric water heater. Waited 30 minutes to see if the water is getting hot. Water heater still isn’t producing hot water. Measured voltage to heating elements and it reads 13.1 which is sufficient. Advised customer the breaker switch is possibly bad and may need replaced. Also may need to inspect the wiring from breaker to water heater.
40 gallon low buy electric water heater isn’t getting hot. Needs new heating elements. Will return tomorrow 8/21/24 with parts to make repairs.
The technicians performed a friends and family club maintenance on a four year old air conditioner. We washed out the outdoor unit, checked all of the motors, monitored the temperature difference, blew out the drain lines and checked the refrigerant charge. Everything looks great here today, I recommended surge protection to keep his unit safe as well as a couple different air purifiers to ensure clean air in the home, the customer did not want to move forward with anything today. Everything on the system is working great.
Customer called in this morning stating the water heater was leaking. Upon arrival we quickly determined that the tank had busted and would be non repairable. Gave customer estimates for replacement and they picked a new ao smith 50 gallon dual electric which is a direct replacement for the existing water heater. Customer also bought a friends and family membership. Installed new heater up to current code and tested for proper function. Everything is working at this time with no leaks thank you for your business and don’t hesitate to call with future problems.
Technician arrived to find the outdoor units compressor in operable after further diagnosis found at the contactor switch was not power technician changed out the switch issues at this time
Today as a part of your friends and family clip at innovative air pros we preformed your annual plumbing inspection. We found that you have high water pressure which can and will cause problems with your fixtures and appliances. You had stated that you have a leak in the plumbing system to the upstairs bathroom. Some demolition and searching for that problem will be necessary to determine the cost and resolution to this problem. We also found that the water heater has a leak on the supply side. The water heater is at the age of replacement. If you choose to replace the water heater that fitting will be fixed at that time. We do not recommend and did not preform a flush on the water tank at this time. You should receive a copy of the forms and photos we took to today. Technician arrived to find the system cooling poorly after further diagnosis found that the king valves were barely open from maintenance leaking a very little refrigerant overtime Technician filled the system up with refrigerant and insured that the valves were closed. All the way system is not leaking at this time and is cooling properly.
Service call to make some repairs that failed on the home inspection. The system had a draft hood connector on the flue pipe that was disconnected. The furnace came on and had an acceptable temperature differential here today but it is 21 years old and an inspection on the heat exchanger is recommended. The condenser coil was very dirty so it was washed here today and insulation was installed on the suction line of the copper line set. The r22 refrigerant levels are low and it is cooling poorly. The system has a leak and needs to be repaired.
Technician arrived to perform a yearly friends and family club maintenance checked all capacitors contactors refrigerant levels wash the coil check the filter and flush. The drain line technician found the contactor, still showing where the lack of a secondary float switch technician presented options and customer will hold off for now no other problems were found.
Central AC Repairs: Replaced a malfunctioning run capacitor to prevent motor failures.
For this job, Technicians arrived to repairs the shrader core within the coil. After replacement of shrader core the technicians purged the system with nitrogen to ensure no other leaks are present. Technician found the line set underneath the house is leaking tremendously. Our installers only installed a new indoor unit, the line set was not caused by us. Customer is getting other quotes on repairs. System is currently low and freezing up.
For this job, Technicians installed a new indoor mobile home unit. Technicians had to wash out the old A/C due to going off on high pressure. Technicians performed a start up. System works great at this time. The indoor temperature is 94 degrees, Technician explained to the customer that if she has any issues to give us a call because the indoor temp being that hot makes charging the system ups little off.
Technician arrived and performed a diagnosis found that the capacitor was bad So the compressor was not coming on. Homeowner moved forward with membership and capacitor. System is now running Operational.
Technician Arrived and performed a diagnosis. Found that there was a leak in the evaporator coil and the system Had zero refrigerant left. Presented options for solutions to homeowner, Homeowner got approved in financing And decided to move forward with total indoor Replacemnt.
Service call for a unit not keeping up in the afternoons. Technicians found the system low on refrigerant and a leak at the Txv.
Service call for an outdoor unit not coming on. Technician arrived to find the contactor had completely failed and not sending power to the condenser. The customer wants to replace the contactor himself. Also the blower motor sounds very bad here today.

Found the system performing as it should the house is not insulated after the remodel and ceiling vault.
Annual maintenance on a 2019 Trane variable speed. The system is low on charge and a leak was found in the evaporator coil. The coil is under manufacture warranty and will be replaced at a later date.
