The technicians performed a friends and family club maintenance on two, one year old air conditioners. We checked all of the motors, washed out both condensers, monitored the temperature differences and checked the refrigerant levels. Everything looks good on both systems, we previously found high return static on a previous call and we will be back to replace the plywood that is there right now with a 16x30 slant box and we are all increasing the duct size from a 16 to an 18.
Technician reached out to customer to explain the factory recommendations. The customer requested Cody give him a call due to natural frustrations about this not being caught during install technician quoted $1250 to correct. The return duck sizing will reach out to him as soon as he’s available.
Technician are reaching out to tech support the unit has perfect charge but a low temperature split put call on hold for now
Technician arrived to find that the unit on the south side of the house was not heating properly. After checking over the unit I found that the high limit switch on the heating element had went out. The customer decided to replace the heating element that was under warranty and now the unit is working properly.
For this job, Customer states his electric heat strips aren’t coming on. Technician arrived to the wiring being the issue unit had some capped off wires hidden from factory that wasn’t hooked up to the thermostat. After rewiring the low voltage in the Air Handler the Heat strips finally fired off. System works great at this time.
Follow up call to replace a hot surface igniter that was previously ordered. The igniter was replaced today as preventative maintenance.
For this job, Technicians performed a furnace maintenance tune up on a single system. Technicians checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the furnace season. Technicians found the igniter is looking pretty rough as well as the blower motor capacitor is right out of spec. Technician made several options for repairs. System works great at this time.
Service call for a no heat. Technician performed a required software update and gas start up to get the system working as it should here today.
For this job, Technicians performed a two system furnace start up. The input pressure coming from his propane Tank is reading low but his tank reads full so the customer is gonna have his propane company come out to test is output pressure of his tank. The Technicians could only get the output pressure to read 7.8 instead of 10 due to the lower input pressure. Customer will call us back when the Propane people get done.
For this job, The technician reset the furnaces back to factory settings as well as sealed up the hole behind the thermostats.
For this job, I had to take some refrigerant out of the downstairs system as well as add a little bit of refrigerant for the Upstairs system. Humidity downstairs has went from 63 to 43%. Both systems are running great at this time. If the customer has absolutely any problems they will call us.

Installed new media filter base, Filter size- 20x25x5. Technicians installed new outdoor condenser pad and hefty feet for snow grade purposes. Technicians performed an A/C startup. System runs great at this time.
Found the 2009 Goodman system blowing the 60amp fuses customer is wanting options on replacement.
Two system tune up on a single residence home. A 4 year old Trane and a brand new American standard system. Both systems are operating as they should and mechanically solid. The Trane system is a little low on refrigerant and appears to be low from the initial install date.
Technician arrived to the system freezing up. Technician checked all the fittings and made sure there was no leaks. Technician checked refrigerant charge on the unit and was very low. Technician recommended to put 1lb of refrigerant in the unit to get it from freezing up. Everything is working properly at this time.
Two System A/C Maintenance Tune Up on Two 6 year old Carrier systems. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C Season. Technician found the upstairs systems compressor is pulling a little high amp draw on start up but not over the max. Technician offered surge protectors for all pieces of equipment as well as a Hard start kit to help the high amp draw on the upstairs. Changed all filters, Filter sizes- 3 14x24x1.Systems work great at this time.
15.2 SEER2 AC and Single Stage Heater, Installed New full A/C System, Installed New Media Filter Base, Filter size- 20x20x5, Reconnected to existing copper lines, High Voltage, Low voltage, Supply and Return Plenums, Ran A New Condensate drain, Installed New UV Air Purification bulbs for the New Full system as well as the Other Existing Unit. Used Existing Thermostat, Sealed up any air leaks, System runs great at this time.
Arrived and leak searched the system. Found the leak in the evaporator coil of the air handler unit is from 2006 and runs on r22 refrigerant.
Service call for no heat but the system is working fine here today.
Service call, Technicians replaced control board, System works great. Technicians replaced gas valve last week.
Service call No Heat, Technicians found System has a bad gas valve, when glowing to ignite, The control board tells the gas valve to come on and it doesn’t it’s seized up, Replaced gas valve system works great at this time.
Found bad hot surface igniter. Replaced with a new OEM HSI igniter and insured proper operation.
