Braden and Ryan were great! I had them do a tuneup and potential troubleshooting of possible problems with my 15 year old HVAC system. They walked me through their analysis of problem areas and recommended fixes from low to high in terms of budget. I would highly recommend their company.

Found the old whirl pool system not cooling properly the unit won’t dissipate the heat properly and cool the space found the units breaker tripped. The concord system that takes care of the main church is completely out of r22.

Service call to install some repairs that were quoted on a maintenance call. Installed a hard start kit to lower the amp draw on start up. Also performed a decon 7 dust sanitizing to kill and viruses, mold or bacteria in the duct system.

The technicians installed a new coil and condenser. We made sure everything was level and up to code as well as adjusted refrigerant to the levels it needs to be and air sealed everything with mastic. The unit is ready to go for the summer time.

Maintenance call for a 2018 Lennox air conditioner. The system is in good shape and running as it should. It’s time for some routine maintenance parts to be replaced like the outdoor capacitor and the blower motor capacitor. Also the contactor is looking rough and suggest replacement of that. The evaporator coil is also missing a safety switch on the secondary drain port to prevent any water damage to the home in the case of a drain backup.

Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on a 2021 system. System is cooling good at this time. Recommended fogging the ducts but customer is allergic to smells.

Service call for an outdoor unit not coming on. Technician arrived to find the capacitors and hard start in good shape. The compressor started up fine but there is a restriction in the refrigerant causing very poor cooling and freezing at the indoor unit. The 1971 day and night system has had a leak for a while now and the customer wants to get some quotes on replacement.

Annual maintenance on two 2020 high efficiency variable speed Trane units. The systems are in great shape and performing as they should here today. Will drop by early next week to drop off the two replacement media filters. Technician also suggested installing surge protectors on the systems to protect their investment.

Installed a new blower motor on an older Daikin roof top package unit. After the blower motor was replaced and the system back up and going the output air was not as cold as it should be. Checked the refrigerant levels and the system is very low. Some estimates will be built and supplied to the customer for repairs and replacement.

Service call for a 2013 Goodman air conditioner not coming on. Technician arrived to find no high voltage power to the outdoor unit. After turning the breaker on the system is working fine. The blower motor is very dirty and needs to be cleaned but all the amp draws and the outdoor capacitor are in good shape. Also the refrigerant levels are good but the high side pressure was surging here today.

Service call for a roof top unit not cooling at a local business. Technician arrived to find the blower motor not coming on. The motor has all the correct power coming in and the capacitor is good but the windings are all melted and the blower motor is not responding on any speed tap.

Annual maintenance on a 2021 American Standard air conditioner. The system is in great shape but the refrigerant levels are low causing poor cooling. Added two pounds of refrigerant and got the system cooling as designed here today. Also discussed the importance of a safety switch on the evaporator coil but the customer wants to wait on that.

Maintenance call on a 2021 Daikin air conditioner. The system is in good health but the blower motor on the furnace is very dirty and has poor air flow across the evaporator coil. Technician suggested cleaning the blower wheel at minimum and replacement of the blower wheel to be proactive.

Inspected the heater due to the presence of carbon monoxide yesterday. Inspected the heat exchanger and the flue exhaust the unit if from 2018 found no cracks and no exhaust leaks. The customer stated that at the time of the detector going off the thermostat was turned off and they hadn’t used the heater for awhile. The unit looks okay at this time. The customer was also cooking in a inclosed patio when it went off.

Annual ac maintenance on two 2009 Goodman systems. The systems on a rental duplex have been well maintained and all components are in good shape. The LRA was slightly over the data plate on both systems so we will keep an eye on that moving forward.
