For this job, Customer states the unit won’t come on at all. Technician found the system was tripped on a high pressure switch. After resetting the switch the system came back to life. Technician found the systems condenser fan motors bearings are super super loose, The fan motor capacitor is weak, The compressor motor capacitor is weak, The compressor motor is pulling high amps on start up, and the condenser fan motors bearings being loose could be the cause of the system going off on high pressure being it could have locked up and not ran causing the high pressure to rise up. Customer would like for Tim to come out to give options for replacement on a half system. System is running at this time.
Found the blower motor bad replaced the blower and the system is operating as it should.

Service call for a communication error on a Amana s. Rewired the low voltage and got the system communicating again. The system is cooling and operating as it should.

Reglued the drain and evacuated the water out of the pan. Also cleaned the drain line.
The technicians installed a 14.3 SEER2 AC with Single Stage Furnace. We ,are sure everything was level, up to code and operating properly. We air sealed everything with mastic and adjusted the refrigerant charge. Everything is working great and is ready for the summer.
Found the system low on r22 refrigerant. Due to the refrigerant not being produced the unit can’t be filled up with r22. She will talk to her husband about replacing the system.
Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on two systems. Installed a new contactor on the down stairs system and a new condenser fan motor on the upstairs. Also fogged both sets systems are running good at this time.
For this job, Technician performed an A/C main on a 4 year old Goodman system. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technician found the compressor motor is pulling high amps on start up, The system has no filters anywhere and needs a filter grill installed, The systems ductwork is super dirty and needs a cleaning as well as the supply plenum is growing some black substance. Technician made several options for repairs and to help keep bad odors from filling the place up. The customer will have to try and get ahold of the owner of the building to get confirmation to move forward. Technician could get this stuff installed this afternoon or tomorrow. The duct cleaning wouldn’t be availed till Tuesday or Wednesday. The customer will call us back with an answer. System is running at this time.
For this job, Customer states the unit was not keeping up through out the night. Technician arrived to the system running. Technician hooked up his gauges and found the Downstairs system low on refrigerant. Technician performed a leak search and found the leak inside the Evaporator coil. Customer would like for Tim to come out and give estimates on replacement. Customer would like the install scheduled tomorrow.
Technician arrived and performed an AC tuneup on two systems. Both systems are fairly new and both are running operational. Presented options for surge protection for the downstairs unit as well as an Apco X. Homeowners are going to discuss with each other about moving forward and will reach out to the office.

For this job, Technicians performed a two system A/C maintenance on a 10 year old Lennox system and a 3 year old Goodman system. Technicians checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technicians found the Downstairs compressor motor pulling way higher than the manufacturer spec on start up. Technicians offered several options for repairs. Both systems are working at this time.
Technician arrived performed an AC tuneup on two systems found units to be running operational, although I did find the downstairs outdoor compressor to be pulling right at its rating also noticed that there were not safety switches on the drain lines in the attic presented options for membership, safety switches and a hard start kit. Homeowner moved forward with the hard start kit but was not interested in a membership.
The technician performed a friends and family club maintenance on a fifteen year old air conditioner. I checked all of the motors, capacitors, washed out the condenser, static pressures, temperature differences and the refrigerant levels. I found that the capacitor for the blower motor is getting low as well as the compressor is over amping on start up. The customer is in the process of moving and doesn’t want to move forward with any repairs unless they break before he sells the home. Other than those repairs everything else looks great here today.
The technician got called out to a unit that was not cooling. I found that the blue wire was hooked up to common, and was getting voltage on a call to cool causing a direct short and popping the fuse. I rewired the low voltage and made sure everything was working properly
Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on two systems. Found the downstairs systems compressor over amping and low on refrigerant. The upstairs is over amping and the unit has a restriction.
Maintenance call on a 2016 American standard system. The unit is running as it should here today. Both capacitors are good and the amp draws on the blower motor and condensing fan motor are good. The LRA amp draw was over the data plates limit and the contactor is starting to look black and pitted.
