Annual Spring HVAC Maintenance: I conducted an annual spring HVAC maintenance service for a homeowner, focusing on the air conditioning system. I cleaned the evaporator and condenser coils, inspected the refrigerant lines for leaks, and tested the operation of the thermostat. These preventive measures help prevent breakdowns and ensure the AC system operates smoothly during hot weather.
HVAC System Repair Service: At the client's residence, I identified the issues with their HVAC system were caused by a faulty start capacitor, resulting in startup failures. I replaced the faulty start capacitor to ensure reliable startup and operation of the HVAC system.
Central AC Repairs: When I reached the client's residence, I found their HVAC system suffering from inefficiency due to refrigerant undercharge. After a thorough evaluation, I adjusted the refrigerant levels accordingly, optimizing the system's performance.
Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on a 2016 air conditioner found the contactor going out as well as the absence of a water safety switch.
Commercial real estate inspection on two HVAC systems and two shop heaters. Found the old John zink system completely out of r22 refrigerant and is inoperable. The York 10 ton system was installed in 2022 the unit is operating how it should be here today would recommend maintenance on the system due to slightly dirty coils. Technician arrived on scene found the disconnect was hardwired. Found the compressor to be pulling way too many amps on LRA and on RLA fan motor was burning out Also, the model and serial number and the data tag was pulled off of the outdoor unit presented options for repairs and discussed with homeowners about replacement and what that would look like. Homeowner spoke with tim on the phone and will be setting an appointment to meet in person soon.
Technician arrived and performed an AC tuneup on a single system. Furnace found compressor to be pulling over its LRA system is 10 years old pressure readings indicated a leak or a restriction and system also had a low temp split so I performed a leak search and found a leak inside of the coil presented options for repairs overall recommendation was replacement of either a half system or a whole system. Homeowner will be meeting with Tim Holt.
Take me to arrived and performed an AC tuneup on a single system found compressor pulling high amps 12 more amps on LRA than last year and noticed they had protection on their furnace and not on their outdoor system. Also, homeowner mentioned that he had a condensation issue in his remote return Plenum presented options for solutions and homeowner moved forward with repairs and plans to address the return Plenum closer to winter.
The technicians installed a new condenser and coil. We ,are sure everything was level, up to code and operating properly. We adjusted the refrigerant levels to ensure proper operation and now the customer should be good to go for the summer time.
Installed a apco-x air purifier and fogged the ducts to help eliminate the TVOCS. Also will clean the ducts on Friday at 2:30
Technician arrived on site and performed an AC tuneup on two systems found two bad condenser fan motors and two compressors pulling over its rating, presented options for solutions and homeowner move forward with repairs. She has an open house so I had to come back to put on one more condenser fan motor at 5 o’clock today
Technician arrived and found a clogged drain line blew out the drain line and explained to homeowners what benefits they receive with our friends and family club homeowners moved forward with the membership. Will be calling to schedule a tuneup soon.
Technicians installed a 14.3 SEER2 AC with a Single Stage Furnace. We made sure everything was level, air sealed everything with mastic and insure proper operation and the refrigerant levels were correct. Everything is good to go.
Found the upstairs low ion 410a with a leak in the evaporator. Presented options and the customer is gonna contact his home warranty company first.
Technician arrived on site found a clogged drain line blew the drain line. System is now running operational.
Preformed an evaluation on the ducts and the system. Found that the master bedroom system needs an extra duct ran to it and a return. Also found the unit out side having mixed refrigerants and is pulling super high amps. Customer would like Tim to come provide estimates for ducts and a new system.

Preformed a two system tune up on a 2021 system and a 2002 system the newer system was frozen will return tomorrow to diagnose.
Installed tar tape around the pvc fittings to prevent the factory air gaps from leaking air.
Preformed a $69 boot maintenance on a 2014 system. Unit is working good at this time checked all amperage’s refrigerant levels and insured proper operation.
Technician arrived performed a tuneup on a 1996 furnace. Found many problems. The compressor was over amping The condenser fan motor was pulling at its limit the bearings in the blower motor we’re going out and there was no safety switch on the drain line also noticed that the Schrader valve was not secure in the liquid line and resulted in a minor loss of refrigerant was able to tighten that Schrader valve back but cannot refill because it is an R22 system. presented options for solutions, and ultimately recommended replacement. Homeowners are not in a position to move forward with anything although they did sign up for the friends and family club.
For this job, Technician performed a free A/C maintenance tune up on a 26 year old American Standard system. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technician found the outdoor condenser fan motor is over amping pulling too much power, The compressor motor is pulling high amps on start up, The blower motor bearings are super loose, The blower motor capacitor is getting weak, The indoor unit is growing mold everywhere, and the indoor coil does not have a secondary water safety switch. This system is in some rough shape at 26 years of age. The average lifespan of a heating and air conditioning system is 10-15 years.
For this job, Technician performed a two system PSO tune up on a 15 year old Goodman system and a 13 year old Goodman system. Technician checked all safety devices and components that are in use during the A/C season. Technician found the Downstairs A/Cs compressor is pulling over the max amp draw on its last leg, The Contactor switch is making a loud buzzing noise and looks pretty rough, as well as The refrigerant levels show a restricted indoor coil. The Upstairs system is over charged with R-22, all components are within ranges. Both systems are running at this time. The Downstairs system is a worry being summer time is here. Customer would like for Tim to give him a call to go over options.

Technician arrived and performed AC tuneup on 2 20-year-old r22 systems found both compressors to be over amping however, the downstairs compressor was 30 Amps over its rated limit and is having trouble starting, making a loud grinding noise when I pulled disconnect and put it back in, It didn’t start back the first time. Cannot repair due to type of refrigerant recommend replacement. Explained everything to homeowner. Homeowner is interested in replacement options and Set an appointment with Tim Holt.
