Technician arrived on scene. Homeowner complained about a humming noise that she heard from the unit and she cut it off and called us upon inspection of the outdoor unit I found the fan motor and compressor to be pulling a little high on amps. Would like to see how the system is operating under heavier load on a hotter day scheduled maintenance is June 7.
Service call for a system not cooling. Technician arrived to find the 2019 Trane condenser not responding to a call for cooling. The low pressure switch was open due to severely low refrigerant levels. The coil is covered in oil and will be replace on manufacture warranty.
Found the condenser fan motor plug on both sides shorting out. 40 day lead time on the harness he will figure out repair vs replace.
Technician arrived and sealed up air leak with duct board and charged the system in charge mode and is now running efficiently 19° temp split
Technician arrived and performed an AC tuneup on a 2023 system. system is running operational and has surge protection presented options for indoor air quality. Homeowner was not interested in moving forward with that at this time.
For this job, Customer states the thermostat has a code for a communication lost. Technician arrived to the code gone off of the thermostat with the system running. Technician searched through the error history and found the furnace has lost communication several times the last couple of days. Technician rewired the furnace and thermostat. Technician found the communication wire on the side of the furnace was barely making connection within the wire nut. After rewiring everything te system works great and hasn’t thrown another code.
Technician arrived and found a bad blower. After discussing with the homeowner and presenting different options for solutions, homeowner move forward with repairs and a membership and surge protection
Technician arrived and sealed up the coil thoroughly. System is cooling much better now and there is no more air leaking.
Technician arrived on scene and performed a two system. AC maintenance. Both systems are brand new and running great. Homeowner has protection and UV lights presented options for upgraded indoor air quality. Homeowner did not move forward with any upgrades and is Very happy with what he has now.
Technician arrived and performed a three system. AC tuneup found some concerns. Compressor was pulling high amps over its rating and a capacitor failed inspection. Found a leaking coil system is under warranty. Homeowner moved forward with solutions to these issues and will be calling up to the office today to schedule the work. It will be next week sometime. Homeowner also joined our friends and family club
Pumped out old freon, add new compressor and Freon to system under warranty. New capacitor
Springtime HVAC System Tune-Up: I conducted a springtime HVAC system tune-up for a residential client. I inspected the AC system, cleaned the blower motor, and checked for any signs of wear or damage. Additionally, I cleaned the AC condenser unit and inspected refrigerant levels to ensure peak performance during the upcoming seasons.

Installed two new boards two surge protectors a personality module two new contactors and fogged the ducts. System is cooling good at this time.
Preformed a yearly air conditioning maintenance on a 2023 air conditioner. Found the compressor pulling OL on start up. Customer had the technician install a hard start kit to help prolong the life of the system.
Technician arrived performed AC tuneup on gas furnace found unit to be running operational. Compressor was pulling at its lra rating. Recommended a hard kit and presented options for surge protection as well. Homeowner did not want to move forward with anything at this time.
The technician showed the customer how to change the thermostat as well as made sure it was properly set at heat to 71 and cool to 73.
Technician arrived on site. Performed a AC tuneup on single heat pump system. system is running operational. Everything passed. Presented options for indoor air quality. Homeowner is not interested at all.
For this job, technicians installed a 17.2 SEER2 Variable Speed AC and Two Stage 96% Efficient Furnace with variable speed fan. Technician put in a new disconnect and whip, technicians also put new copper connections and performed a new system start up and verified that everything works properly and performs at manufacture specifications. Everything looks and runs great at this time!
Technician arrived on site. Performed an AC tuneup on 2015 heat pump. Found compressor to be over amp capacitor failed and recommended a drain safety switch presented options for compressor. System is under warranty. And also options for a hard start kit along with capacitor and drain safety. Homeowner said he wants to think about it and talk with his wife and I will follow up with him later this week via text message.
Found the units polarity reversed and the system running when it wants to and has some sort of electric gremlin.
arrived on site performed and AC tuneup found refrigerant charge level low performed leak search did not find a leak refilled 2 pounds.
14.3 SEER2 AC with 96% Efficient Single Stage Furnace Need to come back and check charge
Technician arrived on site Performed an AC tuneup on one system found compressor to be not running upon arrival. Further inspection found out the capacitor was out tested compressor and found compressor to be over amping recommended capacitor, and a hard start kit. Homeowner moved forward with capacitor and membership. Will need to follow up for Hardstart kit
Performed system tuneup on single system Furnace unit is 13 years old. Bearings in the motor are going out And recommended a hard start kit. Homeowner is moving forward with those items Scheduled work for after lunch next Friday, the 19th of April collected 600 for a down payment will pay the other half after work is completed.
